Great hotel if you want to jus relax around KLCC and do some shopping! Rooms are excellent!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try the breakfast at level 5 as opposed to the level 32 traders lounge breakfast. The one on level 5 is much better, with much better service!

there are several hotels in the klcc area and i have stayed at a few of them. traders is my preferred hotel because of its direct connection to the klcc and suria malls. lot's of great food and nightlife around the area.

Assuming you're not paying more than US$150 per night (ideally less), Traders is an ideal choice for a short stay in KL. The Towers and attached mall are a short walk away, as is the KLCC MRT station and Bukit Bintang, which can be directly accessed via an elevated, air-conditioned walkway from the convention center. The room was spacious and clean, and we were upgraded (I think) to a Tower View room -- and the view is spectacular.
On the downside, the much-ballyhoooed pool area is super cramped and offers no privacy whatsoever (though the views are indeed good), and though the bar is considered a KL hotspot, it struck us as corny, cramped, and overrated. The check-in and checkout process left a lot to be desired, but staff is otherwise quite friendly.

2 minutes walk to KLCC convention center. Great comfortable rooms and nice view. Staff services are great too!! Walking to Pavillion using the sky bridge is about 10 mins walk. Easy access to everywhere.

Enjoyed the stay there. The toiletries are better than those we found in other hotels. But only stayed one night and didn't have a chance to try the facilities or check out the sky bar.
