Very nice hotel
best view, strategic location and nice room
Nice room design, clean and tidy. Strategic location just 5 minutes walk to KLCC and the hotel is just few steps beside the park. The twin tower view room is really located in front of the window without any blockage. The staff very friendly and polite. The only down side is the hotel car park entrance without the main out door sign board. It's confused with the KLCC car park.

Room with a view!
Location, the view of the Petronas Towers and friendly staff.
We were welcomed from our arrival to departure and cared for by the friendly and efficient staff. The view of the Petronas Towers was awesome and our room was clean and well presented. Must stay here if in KL!!!

Staff issues
view,the room nothing else
room and view were excellent (upgraded to executive floor).unfortunately the staff were a disaster.As we were suffering from jet lag we put the do not disturb sign up and settled down.First we had the official note through saying to ring house service if we required the room to be cleaned (we didn't,).then we had a phone call asking if we required the room to be cleaned and one hour later,another phone call!We told them to stop bothering us as we had already told them we did not require the room to be cleaned.The following day I was suffering from the flu so we decided to stay in the room and relax.Unfortunately the same thing happened again and both I and my wife became extremely stressed. The following day I felt better so we went down to breakfast - what a shambles.There was one person with a queue a mile long cooking eggs and all the self service food was running out.I asked him for mushrooms and he ran out to the kitchen.He came back and started serving the people.After five minutes I asked to speak to the manager.First they brought the chef but I said I wanted to speak to the manager.When he came he apologised and said that the person would not serve again.I said to him that it was not the person cooking the eggs but his for total lack of awareness and management ability.We never saw the person who was cooking the eggs again - you can only imagine how disgusted I feel towards the manager.Next time we will go back to the sangria la hotel where you do get five star service
