Twin tower view sensational, lovely hotel
Twin towers view, location of hotel, Sky Bar and Trader's lounge.

we had a wonderful 2 night stay, with an upgrade to twin towers room and traders club on arrival. great breakfast buffet with views over klcc and the petronas towers, and the sky bar was cool. friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is great and the facilities are excellent. We were very impressed with the Sky Bar - a bit pricy but so is anything else in KLCC. I found the staff very efficient in each of their roles.
I certainly would visit the hotel again and recommend this to friends and family.

This is truly a five-star hotel. It has great location, friendly staff, modern amenities, elegant rooms and breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers. If you like shopping, Suria KLCC and Bukit Bintang malls are just walking distance from the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Suria KLCC and Pavilion for quality designer brands. If you like bargain shopping, go to Jalan Petaling and Central Market in Chinatown. Other shopping malls include Berjaya Times Square, Fahrenheit, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza, BB Plaza, the Curve and Midvalley Mall.

Professional staff and great location

It was a short stay for 1 night only, but we have enjoyed our time here. The hotel is very-very "businessman traveler" oriented and has a strategic location and spacious rooms. Everything reminds you of business making, there is even a stationary set in the room to keep up with your paperwork. The pool and the bar by the pool are a nice touch, very relaxing with a great view of the Twin Towers.

Clean hotel with strategic location

It is a very clean hotel with good service. The location of the hotel is very convenient for hotel guests as KLCC is just in the vicinity and guests can reach Pavillion/Bukit Bintang area by just a 10-15 minute walk using the pedestrian tunnel which is air-conditioned and with shed.

Great hotel right in the centre of KL city!

I was over at KL city the last weekend and it was a choice between Trader's and Pan Pac as they both have rooftop bars. I opt for Trader's instead as it's much better in terms of location and distance to the other shopping centres and restaurants. Also the concierge was very helpful and made us feel at home throughout the stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my length of stay and would highly recommend to those that prefers convenience like I do.

The Hotel with the best ambience
Great location connecting to petronas and Suria. Good service, clean, great interiors.

We had a hassle free check in with a very good reception from Mr. Ronaldo who was very accommodating and make extra efforts to et us feel welcomed despite having to wait for our fourth room to be ready ( reason is manager has to check it first before releasing to customers, that's quality control.)
We had an overnight stay only but truly enjoyed the comfortable beddings and great bathroom
Travel tip:
Great shopping choices at nearby Suria. Breakfast at petronas towers was great,!

Nice hotel but service was only average.

We were made to wait for 3 hours after being informed our rooms wasn't ready. After which the story we were told was that an engineer had to come in and change a damaged lock. after a sloppy 4-5 hrs of wasted time we got our rooms but the lock was damaged anyway.
The only bonus was that housekeeping and other services were quite good.
Shopping Tip:
no need to wait for the hourly buggy. its better to stroll the park across to the twin towers.
