overall is good ! staff is very friendy ven i am first time stay at this hotel. they make me feel like i am a regular guest there. room is clean and comfort. one things they should improve is to speed up the check in time. front desk staff perfomance very well, i believe the management need to review the check in procedure or reduce some of the unnecesery step.i will definately book this hotel for next visit KL.

very well equiped gym, nice location

A bit confused with the lobby and the reception initially, with not much of guide or instruction in the lift to the hall. Very well equipped gym, me and my wife enjoyed a lot.
Breakfast is very nice, not a lot of variety but it is adequate

Out of my expectation
Amazing location, 5mins walk to the twin tower
9.3
Big bed, spacy room, nice shower and bath tub, nice breakfast, nice view, great location, helpful staffs...the complements could go on and on, but one little complain tho, the front desk had only a smoking room available, so I took it and it was disgusting, but entire floor stunk of cigrette! It was the only unpleasant thing of my stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Little pennang

A lovely feeling to the hotel, big king size bed, clean environment.
just the water needs to filtered more, cz the water put in the bathtub is yellow in color, thats d only dissapointment.
otherwise all is pretty excellent.
and I think it would be better to have more receptionist as we need not to delay our check in / check out processes.
I wish to heard from agoda if there is discounts available towards this hotel. Its worthy to stay in.
a romantic night.

Perfect location and views. The executive option is well worth the upgrade with high tea in the afternoon and drinks from 5pm. Unfortunately the pool is very very cold! Buggy service to the main mall 5 minutes away. Excellent park for kids on the doorstep. Plus the Aquarium next door is well worth it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A Comedy Club has opened up recently. Google it, it is worth it.

Sharp hotel
many, but location is perfect

My stay was a pleasure from start to finish. Maybe due to the season, I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a garden view from a city view room. The garden view gives you an expansive view of a beautiful park surrounded by a cosmopolitan skyline, the centerpiece of which is the jaw-dropping PetroNas building.
Even without the garden view, however, the hotel is great. The rooms are immaculate, well-appointed and very comfortable. The gym is excellent, although your workout might be slowed as you gaze out the windows at the view. The Sky Bar at the top of the hotel is great, and affords maybe the best view anywhere in the hotel of the PetroNas towers. It also happens to be a swimming pool areas, which is creatively incorporated into the lounge setting.
If you get the breakfast included option, you have access to the Traders Lounge. I'm not sure about this, but if you have that access, I believe you have access all day. This is a big plus, because they also serve "tea" in the afternoon, which is a respectable selection of food. Moreover, "tea" is followed from 5:00-7:00 by cocktail hour, which is more food, plus cocktails. Tea and cocktail hour are all free. And once again, you get breathtaking views of the skyline. Cocktail hour at Traders Lounge is an idyllic place to be as the sun goes down and the PetroNas towers light up.
The staff could not have been better; they are really on top of it. Everyone has a professional, "can-do" type personality. They are friendly and engaging, but they are not "over-greeters" like the types you find in the grocery store who are always asking you if you are finding everything ok. In fact, I count just walking into the building as one of the many pleasant experiences of staying here. This is the place I will go back to if (hopefully "when") in KL again

Amazing view, Great location
Spacious room & bathroom ... shuttle cart to KLCC Suria Shops & Starbucks every 15 min
7.3
Hotel is very popular & as usual nearly full. We arrived early morning & they kept our baggage aside & gave us keys to a waiting lounge or we could also use the gym, pool etc before a room opened up.
The view from towards the twin towers is amazing & definitely worth the extra cost. The problem we had was obtaining a king size bed ... I suggest you make this very clear on your booking details.
It would also be worthwhile to indicate that you require an early check in (unfortunately I neglected to do this)!
Plenty of variety on the restaurant menu ... though it is on the expensive side (compared to the cheap restaurants at the top levels of the malls).
Overall it was a great but short stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The problem we had was obtaining a king size bed ... I suggest you make this clear on your booking details. When the hotel is full there are some rooms with only single beds ... they will join them (but it's not quiet the same sleeping experience).
