by paying roughly 25USD per person a day, you can get a upgrade to have a club room which includes the access to the club lounge and a room with the twin tower view. we got this upgrade and very much satisfied. The room was on 30th floor and had the fantastic view of twin tower. Also, the club lounge serves the food and beverages so it was really convenient.

It was superb. Check in do not take long. Room was nice as I book the deluxe room with twin tower view. It was a nice view at night. Worth the money for the good view. Gym was 24hour!!my first time to stay in a hotel with 24hr opening hour for gym. Swimming pool was awesome but it is too close to the bar that it will be a little embarrass to swim in a bikini.

i left my I Phone and Mac chargers and the hotel did not have any spare to lend to guests. they have one at the reception which cannot be used in room so it was v inconvenient to have my phone charged

we choose deluxe twin tower view twin, so that we could see the beautiful view from our windows. and it's amazing because it looked like the twin tower is only in your backyard.
hotel location is closed to KLCC. it's only take 5 minutes walk to go there.
the hotel also has buggy transportation to take you to the shopping mall every 15 minutes

We enjoyed very much, luckily no rain. I loved the evening cocktails. Breakfast was good on 5th floor but not recommended on 32nd floor. I find the buggy was helpful to and fro from KLCC, being too hot to walk in the hot afternoon sun. Walking distance to nearby IT shopping centre was great. Staff was great and helpful throughout our stay.
