Disapoointed.

A bit disappointed because the staff are not accommodating. We check in late in the afternoon around 5PM. We check out early the next day around 6:30M because of we will booked for a city view at the Petronas Twin Tower and we will be staying at the airport for an early flight the next day. We thought that if we left our baggage at the storage area of the hotel (not in the room) it would be free of charge like in some other hotel but they still charge us 2RM per bag. Very inconsiderate.
