Good location, small rooms

we booked three superior rooms in total. we managed to stay at the same floor. one of us got an upgrade to a business suite, which was weirdly spaced where the tv was at a tilted location, difficult to watch from the bed. the water heater in their room wasn't working.
for the other room booked, the tv wasn't working.
for my room it was practically fine. but the space is very small. and looks like my request for a queen size bed was forgotten. they actually told me at the reception that the room does have a queen size bed.
Nightlife Tip:
They have an old town kopitiam downstairs, which are linked to the hotel. Noticed that the place was understaffed for a typical sunday morning, whereby free breakfast was given in together with the hotel stay. We waited for about an hour for our order to come and just walked off when they told us they forgot.

The hotel was near bandar tasik selantan train stn which is about 10 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast voucher was given which is old town shop next to the hotel. Breakfast is great but very slow. Room was very small but clean and tidy. The only complaint is you can hear very clearly the people talking outside. Pretty noisy.
