cleanliness of bed
the bed; pillows or bed sheets neither of it looks clean but dirty in fact. 4 of us went there and 4 of us skins goes sensitive red colors. we went seek doctor advise and they said its bed bugs source of the sensitive skin. rest of the hotel cleanliness and staff service is good. Only the bed part makes us very disappointed.

good location, near to shopping mall
passable for one night stay, the bed was full of dusty but the hotel location is quite near for the shopping mall

Only OK for a one-night stay
Close to shopping centre and public transport
Room is quite dilapidated, peeling paintwork on the wall, mould on the bathroom tiles; boasts internet access but on the third floor the given password would not work as there was no signal whatsoever, unless you walked out to the lift. The breakfast offers three choices: a Malay, an Indian or a European. It was passable for the one night stay, we will not be booking it again.

Nice and comfy
Spacious, comfy, near to shopping mall
It was a nice stay. Easy for me as Times Square is really near, just have to walk few minutes. I'm pregnant so i get tire easily.

Awful staff - if owener comes to yr room
All I said it happened to me on my vacation on Aug 28-31 1. Aug 28 - chinese staff i met was so nice. I checked in late cos I got there late ( it's early morning anyway)so he get me half price just 70rm, cos I will check out the next day ,and he gave me late until 1 pm. 2. Aug 29 , I decided to stay again, then I met INDIAN staff, who is small guy, but terrible thing happened. 2.1 I booked by agoda, I had booking I have receipt but I didnt print. He said really stupid english and made the face like this world is so awful, if he let me check in, his boss will kill him... you see what he said : such as ; you dont pay in malay rm .... where is malay rm currency to show that you already ? I want to see malay rm currencyt, how much ringgit you paid ? where ? show me .. you dont pay in malay rm, so I cant let you check in. and he made a call to owner,, the let me talk to him, owner said it s my fault. Guess, if you are not malaysian, and you have credit card in your own country, they will charge in your currency, right ? how receipt show in malay rm ?? Sound like the staff of this hotel doesnt understand the word RECEIPT ... that customer already paid. Then I yell, I explained, and they let me check in,, 3 Aug 30, I go out to Klcc, when im back, I saw the man and 2 maids in my room, and with my stuff.... so crazy !!! he is the owner, and he had my booking in his hands, and he asked me, are you stayed here ????????????? EXCUSE ME ?????????? I paid 2 nights, the bad stuff wrote in RSVN form that I PAID 1 night and ASKED ME TO PAY MORE !!!!!!!!!!! when I showed I have RCPT, then they say A thousand time SORRY and asked me please dont write on AGODA. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo It's the fact. Its's the truth. And I WILL NOT LET other tourist be the prey of your business.................
