Please note that there will be no extra bed provided for
Bungalow types booked although the confirmation voucher states so. This is just to facilitate booking purposes.
Please note that guests will have to provide estimated arrival time upon making booking in the special field as there is no reception. Hotel will arrange the greet & meet based on the arrival time.
Please note that: WEDDING / ENGGAGEMENT / BIG SKILLS EVENTS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
Small skills event which involved less than 30 people will be considered subject to additional charge of RM1,000.00 (directly paid to the owner) and owner approval. Any booking found violating the above rules will be deemed null and void, and none of the payment will be refunded. Please note that guests will have to pay a refundable deposit of RM600 upon check-in. Hotel will not refund the deposit should the guest held any events, ceremony, parties or catering in the Bungalow.

It is an awesome place for house parties.

nice and huge villa but poor maintain

Initially we were really amazed by the design and the hug spacious. After we unpacked our stuff, we notice that the housing keeping wasn’t doing a great job. There are a lot of spider web, spider and mosquito all over the villa. The facilities in the villa may look good but was unusable.
For example
Gym: The running machine is not working.
Master bed room: Door was damage
General Area and Rooms: lots of blown light bulb not replaced and choking toilet pipe.
Kitchen area: very dirty
For those who had book this villa, please bring your own tower. The tower they provid look dirty.
If the house keeping had did a great job, this villa will be perfect for family or friend gartering.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should allow party till 11:00pm instead of fine if you had held a party.
