Have been to KL many times. Had stayed in many 5 hotels hotel already. This 21 rooms designer hotel definitely give me the best impression and memory of KLCC. Very quiet, very stylish and very close to the centre of everything. Try also the different restaurants owned by this Italian owner; one will be wowed by his taste of design and also the taste of food there.

A real Gem of Kuala Lumpurs small City resorts
Elegance, Comfort beyond expectations, close to City, personalized service and the warmest welcome you would expect..

I did not expect this professional and very friendly service which made it easy to unwind after an exhausting day in this big City. Seeing the Twin Towers in this quiet and prestigious part of the City made it clear how close it is to the center.
Lovely athmosphere, a nice pool, intimate restaurant and security made it clear, this is the place for future stays.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for the rooms with jacuzzi, which is very special!

Only down side would be there was a lot of construction work going on in the area. The plunge pool is really a spa and the room can be a little warm.

Small resort with Grade A service
Retreat, quiet, Thai style resort area

Resort is located at the Embassy and luxury residential areas.
Pros: Great service, breakfast is of high quality, swimming pool is nice with large "beds" settling around for sun tan, reading, etc.
Room is large. Modern facilities fit into Thai style.
Free bottles of water, fresh fruits, biscuits provided in the room.
Cons: Resort in fact occupies a very small area. No facilities except the swimming pool and a restaurant. Hard to haul a taxi outside of the resort, need to walk to the main road for 3 mins.

The room was very comfortable and the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Manager was a little brusque but it didn't bother me too much. My only complaints had to do with the water; the first day I was there, the pool boy took the whole morning cleaning the pool. In a country where it tends to rain in the evening, this is not good. The pool water and the water in the jacuzzi smelled a little stale. Hot water would have made more sense for the jacuzzi - and would have been more hygienic.Also for a "retreat", they might want to think of having more convenient massage services for guests.

the elite living area provides total privacy to your stay. only hotel guests are permitted into the premise which was strictly guarded.
the employees are polite and provides good service. i have to take my hats of to the resident manager, cherie. excellent pr and attentiveness.
sarang is just fantastic, especially the jacuzzi...simply not to be missed.
it is indeed a heaven in the heart of kl which should be experienced by those seeking refuge without having to leave the city.

villa is a luxurious getaway from the city of kl.
will take a bit of looking for the villa.
provides shuttle services to various major shopping malls in kl central city.
warm and friendly service staff who is always willing to assist.
breakfast does not have much of a variety.
the room is cozy and inviting for a relax time.
having a pool attached to the room is always a plus!
it would be better if there was a list of items that are for sale in the room.
