I have been coming to KL for some years, have stayed at several other hotels and found Vistana has the best value and to be getting the most for your money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : easy access to monorail, MTR, only a few stops to Pudaraya bus station, faster and cheaper than a taxi.

- I think the carpets in coridor & room are smelly, so need to change with the new one.
- The management should add new international menus for the breakfast. My family like to stay at Vistana Hotel, the hotel is great and my daughter really like the swimming pool. Next trip, i will choose to stay at Vistana Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I can see KL tower from the hotel... awesome!!
Vistana hotel is near from "The Mall"... just walk for 7 minutes, you will find the Mall.

Accessibility is great, Provide nice breakfast variety. Facilities is lacking. If there's a suana or steam room will be great with the swimming pool. Have booked this hotel from 18dec to 20dec, 3 days 2 night stay. Reach the hotel quite early as was on a morning flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Unable to check in to hotel as they only allow check in after 2pm, it be great if they have more flexibility in this area.
Overall, the hotel is well located near to the monorail station and kuala lumpur rapid transit station, this give the season traveler a easy and economic transportation to Shopping area like Sugei Wang or times square or hard rock cafe within 20 mins.
The standard room is spacious enough for my stay, the king size bed come with comfortable bedding and 5 pillows(more than enough). Even have a LCD television. Air-condition is adequate. Toilet is clean, with a moderate size bathe tub. No critters found throughout my stay.Thumbs up.
Breakfast was fantastic. They serve the eggs piping hot as you have to fill up a order form on the table and the prepare upon order, choice of fried(sunny side up), soft-boil, scramble or omelette. Great varieties to choose from and also have an Indian chef making "roti prata"-indian pan cakes on the spot. I never missed a breakfast through my stay there.
Only lacking is in terms of facilities. I think it would be great if they got a small gym or suana/steam room facilities on top of their swimming pool.
Restaurant Tip : Right across the road opposite to the hotel there's this restaurant Hokiado Seafood. Seems to be quite popular with the locals.
