The hotel room was spacious, one thing I like in the room was the LCD TV that some of the hotel still using normal TV.
Noisy room everytime train past by,Dirty bedsheet that have few blood stain.
The Hotel located near to Train station easy to access to places such as Bukit Bintang or Pudu bus station. But there are other things that make it uncomfortable is every time when the train past by it's sound can heard (squeeking sound) is quite irretating.
Secondly the hotel should provide with Mineral water as a Complimentary that other hotel did.
Thirdly,Housekeeping must everytime change the bedsheet, there's few blood stain in the bedsheet and also very itchy during sleep the hole night.
This is my first experience stay in so call 4 star hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Quite near to some of the attraction places like Bukit Bintang,Twin Tower and Chow Kit area.

Great assistance from staff. Cleanliness is given an A. Food is good. All in all, i can say Vistana Hotel,KL; is the place to stay.
Car park and surroundings of hotel needs to be uplifted. Should have a lift from carpark straight to lobby.
I checked into Vistana Hotel on the 13th June 2009. The staff at reception were very well mannered and helpful. The bell boys were extra helpful too. Anyway, the main reason why i stayed at Vistana was because my children were having a educatonal camp there. The children were comfortable and enjoyed their stay too. The most important is, we had a very good nights sleep and the hotel staff made our stay a memorable one. I will stay in Vistana Hotel when my children come for the next camp in August.
Thankyou
Yours sincerely
Jessie Gibbs
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can find food stalls & restaurants, where you can get good food, eg: nasi lemak, chinese & Indian food and even hospitals if your in an emergency or are just not feeling well. Furtheremore there is a LRT station right next to the hotel. So if you plan to go shopping or sight seeing you can take the LRT into town and it would lessen your driving in jams.

Response to wanting a room not too near the lifts was respected, the room was good value for money, and even with a building site next door I was not disturbed. The shower was really nice and easy to adjust and I spent a comnfortable night.
Breakfast did not include Muesli which to be fair most Hotels do not, but I am used to this for breakfast. Cooked breakfast was fast and nourishing, the tea was excellent. The car park exit was timed for noon, I wanted to leave later, although I had checked out of the room, so I had to return to the front desk to get the card updated to exit the car park, a bit of a hassle.
The Vistana staff take good care to attend to you on arrival, during check in, hailing cabs and serving meals. I requested a room change because I did not like being near the lifts and this was done without problem and within 5 minutes. The Hotel does not have a bar which I find and advantage because there are no late night drinkers slamming doors. This is the second time I have stayed there and find the location quite good for Jalan Bukit Bintang or Sri Hartamas where I usually go. Having it's own underground secure car park is a great plus it's convenient after a long drive from Penang. I would not hesistate to reccommend the Vistana to anyone who wants high comfort at a very reasonable price!
Nightlife Tip : I took a cab back from Sir Hartamas which is nice quiet spot for eating out and entertainment and it was only RM 7.50 and took less than 15 minutes.
Since there is a lot going on at Sri Hartamas and it is not too busy, it's great to know it's nearby.

Since we only need one night stay before heading home, with the price offered, it was ok. It was a big plus with the monorail near by. It took only five or six stops to the Burkit Bintang shopping area.
Restaurant Tip : If you like India and Malaysia food, there were a few restaurants offered these food just one block from the hotel. A small local grocery store and Seven-Eleven were only three minutes away.

The rooms were clean. Room service was also good.
When we first arrived by taxi, they were quick to help with luggage and check-in. We had ordered an extra bed when we were three adults, but that came to a top spot not because it was a "couch" in the room and we would get money back. When they later took that we had already paid through the aGod pressed in an extra bed anyway, which made it impossible to go into the room. The staff at reception did not speak so good English either, which made it difficult to make themselves understood. One went away when I came to, he could Hardly any English at all.
