Winnie W. Groups Singapore, May 26, 2013	Great Loaction But Poor Service Very Unique Design 3.7 Hotel design very unique. I stayed in Classic Mini room and I like the design of this room very much. The price I paid is equivalent to a 4 star hotel in KL. This hotel is consider a budget/back packer hotel I would say so.. Room is very small although it states can stay up to 4 pax. I stay with a friend only. There is only 1 socket in the whole entire room. Before I booked the room, it states hair dryer is inside the room. When I ask the staff (a malay gal) at the counter, she answered its out of stock and would required a deposit. I told her i am willing to pay. bt she replied all taken up. I requested her to find me 1 as I need it really desperately. She say she will try but no promises. However I strongly believe she never tried at all because she never get back to me at all and totally forgotten all abt it.r Poor service totally.. and she refuse to give an extra door access card to us. (1 card to 1 room) reason being for security purpose.. to prevent any1 from going into our room.. I will not stay in this hotel again.

The two king size beds were comfortable. We have requested additional pillow and blankets which were provided to us readily. The staff at reception was friendly.
