Superb View and Strategic Location
Near to restoran, food stalls, waterfront and town.

Strategic location is one the reasons of choosing this hotel. Besides its waterfront and river side view. Of course, very near to town of Kuala Tereengganu.
Its breakfast is "quite" delicious with several choice of dishes. The cafe located at high level gives a panorama view of the river side view.

the lobby is quite small but the view is so fantastic.
very good counter service but the telecon service quite hard to get. the room is prety clean odurless eventhough for smoking room. satisfied with all the facilities but the television and channel maybe need to be upgraded. the f&b maybe need to be upgraded as well. the staff didn't refill food for breakfast buffet since there is a football group was staying there upon my visit.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location

A friend and I needed a room in KT for one night and the Felda Residence was decently priced and provided a comfortable room. The breakfast was decent and included what one typically finds in KT hotels (toast, kaya, egg station, rice, fish, etc.). The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the bus station and about five minutes from Chinatown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great Location Near China Town

Felda Residence was strategic located nearby to China Town. Just 5minutes walk away from Hotel. It is convenience to search for Chinese Restaurant in China Town. The hotel is facing the river, thus has a good view from deluxe room which facing the river. At night, the lighting at the riverside with a wind was so relaxing. I'll stay here again on my next visit.

Nice Hotel and Strategic Location.
The room is clean, spacious and smell free. The location is near the China Town, so it is very convenient to walk around the water front, China Town and the Pasar Payang.

The hotel location is very strategic as it is at Jalan Hiliran and walking distance to Waterfront China Town. The Room is quite spacious, the lobby is at second floor. The riverside view is wonderful. Terengganu Riverview is awesome.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pasar Kedai Payang and China Town/Waterfront is at walking distance. Other places of interest such as State Museum, Islamic Civilisation Park and Crystal Mosque a five minutes drive away. Many eateries around the corner too but the price is quite expensive.

The hotel is walking distance to Kuala Terengganu heart of shopping area. However it is advisable to drive there if you plan to buy a lot. Near to kg.Losong where you can get the best keropok lekor in town. The room is nicely done however a little drawback in the bathroom. Some leaking at the water faucet and old fixture in the shower.
Restaurant Tip:
Close to seberang takir for jumbo size fruit juice and near kg.losong for keropok lekor.
