Good facilities but lack security

We stayed for 2 nights at Mamaluv.
The rooms were okay. The living room was quite comfy.
There is a big compound for kids to run around. There was a kitchen which was convenient to prepare meals for a rather big family. And a washing machine to do laundry.
The SOUR point. Some thieves broke into the house compound and managed to steal some cash and a handphone by using a long rod through the windows of the rooms.
