small room with dirty floor

this is my 2nd times to stay at caribbean bay resort, last time i stay at studio suite at Aug'11, the room quite spacious and nice with swimming pool view and room is clean,but this time we choice to stay at the family suite but they give us the room face with the hill and far from the lobby, the room totally not clean especially the floor like they didn't cleaning the room at all, can see the dust at the floor, we force to wear the slipper inside the room .The bed and the blanket got stain like they didn't change the bedsheet at all, can see the hair fall at the bed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
stay at the studio suite more spacious than the family suite and choice the room with the nice view and near the lobby.

Great location but services is bad.....

make sure eletric is work before you pass the key to guest cos our room the eletric not in good conditional.water are no function at 1 of bathroom.othe else is good.
Nightlife Tip:
very lonely on the night time is because nothing to do and take dinner must drive all the way to kuantan.

Bad Location and Dirty Rooms

This location is very inconvenient and there is not any restaurant if we didn’t go to water theme park. So we need drive a car around half an hour go to another place for our lunch or dinner. Then we live in a room is very dirty, even the toilets are very dirty and smelly too. When we check in, the staff doing is really slow and bad attitude too. There also dont have any entertaiment and facilities. Just have a water theme park, outdoor sport adventure and fun fair only. not enough for this location.

Good experience. And will travel again. The place so quite and relaxing. It is because the location a bit far from the town. But nice place beside the hotel have a water park. And the water park is clean and new. The hotel staffs very kindness and helpful. Thank you.

Ramadan
the suite room was clean and spacious with a pantry area, but the decorative elements minimal

As it was Ramadan (Malay fasting month) period, the occupancy was low, and as a result we had a buffet breakfast only on the first morning, thereafter breakfast was ordering from a menu, and was less satisfying. We were told that the number of occupants were too low to sustain a buffet breakfast at that time.
If one is not interested in the water games next to the resort, one would need a car and prepared to travel to places of interest.
The table tennis table was in disrepair and cannot be used
Travel tip:
Lake Chini which was about more than an hour's drive away was a worthwhile place of interest. Kuantan city is about half hour drive away.
