The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms to our family. We love staying at this hotel for a quiet atmosphere and fresh air. The layout of the building also is attractive. Food served delicious and varied. Food cater for all those who have stayed there. However, covered parking space provided restricted to wet us up at the hotel for the day of rain. We enjoyed staying here and will probably be here again if we were to Kuantan.

Not worth the money spend there. Poor service from the start. Reception was helpful but bell boy was not. Had to carry own luggage for 2 adults and 3 kids

efficient front desk plus good queueing system, nice rooms, lovely pool,fast lifts n ample parking, lovely breakfast spread

stayed for a nite there,overall was a nice stay but the furnitures in the room needs to be replaced. For eg. my room s02-05-16 the tv cabinet is abt to break into half due to weight, one dining chair is cracked and low water pressure from its showers. We didnt get to play the childrens ride all you want park cos it was raining.

Big spacious room.great for family of 4 per room.Need a flat tv for the room price.All in all you should stay more than one night.Lots of activities and a visit to teluk cempedak is compulsory

Big room and great location

Pleasant stay. very nice swimming pool with view. Great location and easy access to water park. spacious room and comfortable for family stay. nice bathroom. beautiful view from our room. staff are friendly and polite. ample parking and easy access to hotel lobby.Except one thing that they only give one access card which cause difficulty when going to the pool and tocome back to the room where other family members is outside.

Hotel staff not friendly , I booked but waited for 2 hours to get confirmation frm the managemant before I get the room . I dont understand the system how I works Why customer must call to confirm and solve the problem ,The management are so relunctant to handle such situation , Staff not friedly , Hotel Expensive for the rate ang Place, strongly will not recommend anyone to syat in this Hotel
