Location is nice
the chalet is quite spacious and the location is very good because it is near to the beach.

The environment is nice.but the place is not well organized. It's very dirty around the chalet. The caravan around there are old and spoilt. It is not well take care. The swimming pool is too small and dirty. It's too dark at night and felt unsafe. The breakfast should availble due to our reservation but the were no breakfast at all.

Hotel tak menarik. im supposed to stay at chalet but due to ur management problem which no earlier arrangement made, i was transfer to the hotel.
I was cut my stay frm 2 night to 1 night. but unable to get any refund frm agoda.
On top of that im not managed to contact agoda personnel even email has been send out earlier.
Agoda service is not there and ill not use it anymore.

Poorly maintained facilities, baby pool not usable, main pool not cleaned, beach littered with rubbish, std b.fast. Bath needs a deep scrub. Pleasant staff made the difference.

Lousy hotel and bad service

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed. The room was dirty, no towels. Have to request for 2 times before receiving them. Even after complaining, the room was not clean properly. The towels were not changed and the coffee replenished. As for the breakfast, have to go to another hotel(5 km away) to take. Also lousy breakfast. Wasn't given the voucher unless asked - missed my 2nd day breakfast because forgot to ask and forego the 3rd day(don't miss much). The swimming pool was very dirty and there were larvae and frogs in the wading pool. Nobody seems to be cleaning the place. Definitely not going back again and neither will I recommend it to anyone

We arrive during the start of a long weekend. Checked in but could not freshen up after a 6 hour drive as the hotel is unable to provide towels until after 6pm. It's a very basic hotel - we have a reasonably clean room with basic amenities. The hotel is near the beach and a short drive to a supermarket, restaurant and other conveniences. Overall, a pleasant stay given the price of the room.

When I arrived at Duta Sands beach with my 2 daughters on the evening, it was not possible to have our diner because most of the hotel was booked by a big group for a party.
We had a room near the reception and it was like we were in the middle of the party, very very noisy. They were singing (karaoke) until 4 am in the night, with the sound very high. Impossible to sleep.
We did not take any shower since the bathroom was dirty.
We did not like the room neither.
The breakfast was awful, with flies and aunts sharing the food with us.
The only thing we wanted to do is leaving this hotel as soon as possible.
I was ashamed to have brought my daughters in such a place.
It's really a place to avoid, it was a nightmare.
Fortunatelly, I only booked one night.
