They gave me a middle room without any windows. Aircond isn't cold. The exhaust fan is noisy and hardly could sleep. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again. There are plenty more nicer hotels in Kuantan with this price.

Room was good however the wifi was poor.The counter and room service PIC is Indonesian. Totally not understand English. No WIFI service at all with excuse WIFI got problem.

Centrally located in Kuantan city, near to east coast mall and megamall. Clean room and comfortable bed. But customer service need to be improved. The staff seems unfriendly and unattentive, especially staff at reception counter. Affordable price.

For me as business guess really love to be in this hotel again but was frust about the hotel building location. I together with my college had to stay into to saparated building. Both room was booked under my name. My college was very frustrasted again when therenis no wifi facillities in the hotel room.
