Shopping malls surrounding Less maintenace and bad technical support. Need to take care of the maintenace issues. Terrible TV Reception, i face electricity failure and also shower head not repair in my room, for the price i paid, no complimentary drinks in the fridge and housekeeping open door without checking the guest status. Not worth of payment, low quality.
Shopping Tip : Shopping malls nearby at walking distance.

furnishings rather old, need refurbishment.
the pillows have stale smell. for the price, the accomodation is value for money with spacious room, tea-making facilities, small fridge and TV with Astro channels as well as local channels for entertainment and news update. Time for refurbishment, the furniture is rather old and the pillows require changing. The central location of the hotel is a plus point for those without own transport and require public transport as it is close to the bus terminal.
Restaurant Tip : There are many eating shops around the vicinity of the hotel and should not be any problems for food. The shopping centre is just a stone throw from the hotel and there are a no. of fast food restaurants within this shopping centre.

* situated at town center. Walking distance to Berjaya Mall.
* specious deluxe room with 3 beds.
* multi storey parking is tight, need to drive very carefully when going up.
* parking not directly accessible from hotel lobby.
* Rooms can take some patch ups. Hotel is showing its age. Great location at town center (Jalan Gambut), easily accessing to other main roads in Kuantan. Berjaya Mall is just within 5 mins of walking distance. Room is spacious but showing its age. Doors and room control panel need to be renew/upgraded. Hotel is kind enough to allow me a late checkout extension to 2pm. Car park is complimentary but can't access directly from the lobby - need to go out to the side of the hotel and use another elevator.
Shopping Tip : Kuantan's Berjaya Mall is just beside the hotel, of less than 5 minutes walking distance. It is a pleasant surprise to find that the mall is occupied by many of the branded stores along with some lesser knowns, plus a GSC cineplex for movie goers.
