Nice budget hotel but too stuffy & noisy..

The Hotel was quite nice,especially for backpackers,easy access to kuantan. But the neighbours room was to noisy,after made report to service counter,none action taken. But overall it was a good hotel.

The hotel was in a good location. It’s located at city center and easy access town. The rooms were clean and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The car parking was adequate and relatively secure. The breakfast was very limited but it was good. I will definitely come again.

Lovely hotel and nice location
The hotel room is nice and airy, the staff courteous, especially the security guards. I like the location, even though in the middle of the old town but very convenient for me to move around.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, no stress at all ...... unlike the big hotels I'm used to. The food is nice, too.Keep up the good work!

nice hotel with great staff and good breakfast

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were clean and fresh.The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and always cheerful.We enjoyed the breakfast and the service we received by the again friendly staff.The car parking was adequate and close bye and relatively secure.All in all,we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends

I have a great & relaxing moment during my stay in Hotel sentral Kuantan. from the pak Guard, the reception counter staff, the housekeeping, the service all are excellent...
Definately will stay again to this hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
10 mins drive to Tg Lumpur...perghhh...best!!!

Clean new hotel, next to the plaza where every saturday has a local night market next t the police station building, very local and a lot of food stalls around. walk to your right after come out from hotel has the best chinese stall name ShangHai Tan, it has the best BBQ fish in town and nice Yong Tau Fu too, open till 12am
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Drive 6-7km to Teluk Chempedak for nice beach next to Hyatt hotel

Hotel with a Trafalgar Square view.
Clean rooms and cosy coffee house. Has a great view of doves from the coffee house. Near the Kuantan River.

i had a warm welcome. very easy to check in. and clean room. the tap for the shower is too high for me ( i'm barely 5 ft. tall).
'the jam in this tiny city is coamparatively heavy.
had a nice stay. thank you.
Restaurant Tip:
Enjoy a breezy evening at Level 7.
