this is the first time we stayed at this hotel.with strategic location, we can access to beach, seafood restaurant and also shopping complex next to the hotel. however, we came not in the right time. there still in monsoon season. so that we can't enjoying our holidays as planned.
for us the hotel service is good. no long queue even in peak time (cny holiday). bell boy always ready to help. has parking lot outside the hotel. free parking for the guest.
for all, we satisfied with this hotel.

Complaint cause room smell of cigar. Have to request for air freshner and open sliding door to get fresh air in. High time room carpet need a change. Service need to be upgraded from doormen to reception.Definitely not my type of hotel.

the staff were as efficient and pleasant as always. having a late check in i was especially grateful for the room service which was delicious and served in a very timely manner. overall the hotel is as good as i remember it being and i would recommend it to anyone.

the only cons during my stay is the room wifi can`t be accessed. overall a good experiences, big room, value for money, great location in the middle of the town, great breakfast buffet selections, nice friendly and very helpful staff.

A Comfortable stay, the hotel is located at strategic and convenient location . There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. Very convenient and the environment nearby is safe. Taxi service also not difficult to get. Overall the breakfast is nice n with variety of food.

This hotel located near city center. There are 2 big mall near the hotel within walking distance of less then 10min.
There are many good restaurant around i.e Kemaman Coffee Shop, Old Town Coffee Shop, Indian food store, etc. Hotel Room are big and clean. Hotel break first are nice.
