The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is not really good, but not so bad for a 3-stars hotel. The room free wifi connection is stable not like other similar hotel. Don't lost the room key as it will cost you RM100.

location is at central city, easier for you to go Tanjung Lumpur for the ikan bakar, got swimming pool for kids

1. i'm satifyied for my 2D1N stay in this hotel
2. I booked for 2 rooms; my parents and my family (2 adult and 3 kids). The room is quite small but still can fit my extra comforter/toto
3. The parking basement is only 2 floors and quite narrow. So most of the car park outside the hotel
4. The breakfast is ok with fried kuew teow , fried rice, sosej, red bean and bread. No coco crunch or conflake for kids. luckily got porridge for my baby.
Overall, it is worth it and value for money..

Stayed at shahzan inn hotel for 2 days and 3 nights.. get a very pleasant stay.. nice room, friendly hotel staff, delicious and variable type of food for our breakfast.. the best thing about this hotel is the location which is right at the heart of Kuantan town.. about 5-10 min walk to Kuantan Parade, 5 min walk to state mosque, 15 min walk to hospital.. will stay at this hotel again when we come to kuantan again..

My first impression was great when I check-in cos' receptionist already kept the room even peak season. I got high floor and very good view room.
This hotel is located in city area and easy to access any live city and sight seeing.
Hotel breakfast not so bad especially fragrance rice with prawn curry for my lunch is very tasty.
But only one thing is needed to highlight about furniture, which are very old...
10 mins drive to Balok Beach...

Very bad maitenance,old matress cover,bad bed,wifi not working at room,elctric socket not working,bathroom hot water not properly adjusted,cleaning flusher of toilet not working
Travel tip:
i don't recommend this hotel if it stayed in this bad maintenance situation

Very comfortable, fun with beautiful day or night sightseeing. The swimming pool also attractive and clean. Nearby washroom also clean. Lift is in good condition and also fast. The hotel is near to shopping complex, so we don't waste much time to go shopping. Parking lot also available and comfortable. Meal for breakfast was quite delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable. Overall I can recommend this hotel to stay.
