Bath towels were missing and that left us waited for 20 minutes after calling the rooom service twice. Checking in were slow and unable to provide us the room upon check in.

The hotel is rather old but the keys areas and facilities such as lobby was well kept. Other than:
1. The room may required some refurbishment especially the bed.
2. 24 hours free WIFI should be provided in the public areas such as lobby, restaurant and etc.
3. It was irritating when the noise from the pub ends late at night. It disturbs guest who wanted to rest early.
Restaurant Tip:
Sri Mahkota Seafood Restaurent in Kuantan Town is a good place for meals.

big rooms
near the beach which can reduce my stress level

Overall I was quite satisfy with provided as it was slightly bigger than what I was expected.
The only 1 things I not really happy is they provided me a Ground Floor room which I can't really enjoy the sea view.
I believe this might due to my late check in around 3pm.

nice room, apple crumble, kfc nearby
the room was very well designed and comfortable, they served apple crumble for breakfast, they maintained the video game arcade which brings some warm nostalgic memories of childhoold hotel visits, smiley staff, and last but not least there is a kfc about 5 minutes, this is vital

i think i've said enough in the 'pros' section. nothing bad to say about the hotel, room was good and well designed, service was good, breakfast was good (they even opened up a big hall since it was holiday season which was thoughtful), well, the weather was not so good but i doubt the hotel has any say in that.
