Not very impressive

I stay because they have wifi connection and since I am on business trip I need to access to my emails. Too bad, the connection was so poor that I search everywhere in the room and can't find a single bar to connect to the internet. If I found one bar connection, I have to stay still at the same place cause I am afraid once I move, I can't connect to the internet again. Very simple breakfast, very few selection. This is my second time staying in this hotel, first time was ok but second time is not good. I will not stay here anymore.

Just to lie down to sleep is ok. Hard tobget good food but alasi have put too high standard based on the photos in the internet. Next time need to put some reservations. Good for family outing reasonable price.

I enjoyed my stay at the Arriva and I actually think that it was a better than expected experience. The only annoyance was the erratic internet which was annoying as I need the internet for work. Apart from this it was a very good stay with a relaxing rooftop pool.

Nothing much to expect from the hotel.
Location is good. Next to Top Seafood restaurants. A short walk to the riverside

Master bedroom is big but second bedroom is small. Hardly space to put our luggage. The shower water hose leaks and it causes the water to flow out to the dry area.Wifi is not accessible anywhere in the rooms. Ask for help at the reception but staff is rather unfriendly. Tried to make enquiry about day trip, the lady wasn't helpful at all.

Best location if you like to go to top spot for their seafood and etc, hotel is clean and serviceable. Although the rooms are a little dated. Its good value for money. The pool at the top also offers a nice view of the city. Breakfast is very basic fare, but its adequate.
