Comfortable and safe.

At first place, I called the hotel to make an enquiry about its parking place because I will be driving thr. The person who answered my call was very polite. Then, I booked it thru agoda. My checking in was super fast and the room was ready upon my arrival. Generally, everything was fine during my stay here.

Remote Hotel far from Town Area

The parking place is too far behind and it feels like park on your own risk. Only few parking lot available. Not more than 6 parking lots. Hotel check in is smooth. Check in the room by electronics card reader. TV is small at 15"inch. The bed is hard but could accomodate 2 slim adults although is a Room for single. Only one pillow and body towel is provided. Additional charge for extra towel at RM5.00 and pillow at RM10.00. Air-cond is working, and if its too cold, you have alternative to ceiling fan.
No mirror in the room beside in the bathroom. Shower pressure is relatively small. Too hot and can't tune down to balance the temperature. Once slide to open the bathroom door, there is crazy smell coming out from the sewage.
Simple free bfast provided. I'm having chicken poridged the day before check out.
I won't stay in this Hotel anymore.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Damai Beach Resort is a must visit if you are in Kuching. Around 30min ride by Taxi. It could cost you around RM50.00 to reach the place. Good seafood around the area. The scene of Santubong Mt. is magnificent. Enjoy beah swimming but the water is not crystle blue though. It's more to muddy color sandy beaches.

Convenient hotel and friendly service

A nice hotel located in a quite and peaceful area in the city with easy accesible to other amenities. The Manager himself welcomed and ushered me into his hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helful in registration and guiding me to the places of interest. The parking attendant was helpful in showing me to the car park. The room was cleaned and user friendly. The Restaurant staffs were always servicing the simple breakfast buffet. It was a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay for me at the hotel and look forward to stay again next time.

the hotel is good for staying as they provide choices of food for their guest and able to order one day ahead for the food they want for breakfast.
Only thing that is not convenient is that the guest may have difficulty finding food at night time as there are no stall for food nearby.
Hopefully the hotel can consider of providing more choices for their guest if happen any guest would like to have their dinner in the hotel.
