Lovely, nice breakfast and staff

Preferred the rooms at the Ariva Gateway though lesser due to washing/drier, pool on the roof
The air conditioner chilled us at night and was not able to be adusted loosing two night sleep and willing staff not able to resolve the problem, hence we give this a not satisfied
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Kuching is a great for the budget minded, with 10 days worth of things to see.
All is cheap, Taxi-food

the place like too old about furnishvery poor .....no lcd tv no room internet .....room also small and the bed .
aboout the breakfast only can for 2 person but the room apartment i took is for 5-6 person. and also no so many choose on the food.

there were many restaurants to choose from

Prices were a bit high in the restaurants but you expect that in a hotel. The food was pretty good, though, so that took the sting out a bit. The rooms were pretty nice. In the older part of town, so nicer. Plenty of local things to do nearby but the shops are by the newer hotels. Pool area looks very tired. No towels provided.
