Hotel are quite old but cozy with friendly staff. It was quite near to the city centre which took about 10 minutes drive. Also, have a shortest access to their famous state beach (Santubong and Damai) compare with other hotel in the town. Hotel did provide van to transport to any destination with minimal charge. It was worth and pleasant stay
Shopping Tip:
Got to go Dayang Salihah Kek Lapis to buy their famous cake. It took about 20 minutes drive from the hotel

The hotel is not new, but looks clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had some issues in our room and the hotel manager upgraded our superior room to deluxe free of charge. Wifi in our room was not so good - ask a room near to wifi spot. Rooms are big. Breakfast was simple but good enough and it was included in price.
Also the hotel provides a shuttle bus for 5 MYR only! It's 5 times cheaper than a taxi! This shuttle bus can even pick up you in the city - just call the reception.
