5 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service

This hotel does not let us down by its name, and the service was as excellent as it claims. Room is excellent, spacious, clean and complete with everything. Our check in was done shortly, complimentary parking and a shopping mall is just at your doorstep. Around the hotel, plenty of local food available and all of them are at walking distance. Worth to try!

A little bit of hiccup when checking in, but all were sorted out quite quickly and efficiently. Were in for the exhibition and training. basically most meals were covered and are good. Nothing much to complaint, but no nice view. Only city view available.

Chic design with a modern luxurious feel, and relatively new amenities. Good bed, comforter and pillows. Decent desk. Nice bathroom with good space separating bathtub from shower and toilet. The only downside was the cable tv was interrupted more than 5-6 times in one night. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great hotel
loved the small surprises ie the bathroom scale and the fact that v can choose our own therapeutic pillows

Hotel rooms was clean and housekeeping service was prompt.However the weakness was
1. U hv to walk across the meeting & event area to go to the pool & gym as they were located at the same flr
2. The pool & gym area was not properly light up despite opening till 8pm & 10pm respectively. In fact it was quite dark & no proper signage

My husband and I spent 12 lovely nights in this near-new centrally-located hotel and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.
The only compliant we had was that housekeeping never delivered the cork screw we asked for and in the end, we had to go downstairs to the Bar to get our bottle of wine opened.
Restaurant Tip:
A visit to TOP SPOT open-air eatery is a MUST to experience the many local delicious delicacies.

hotel staffs always serve with smile, friendly and helpful. they accommodate our requests and inquiries professionally. we have a twin guest room with and the room is neat and clean, quite spacious and well equipped.the hotel location is strategic. it is just a 5 minutes' walk to the main bazaar where you can shop for souvenirs and the waterfront is opposite of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
must try top spot restaurant five minutes walk from hotel. look for illuminated red lobster on roof of multi storey car park and food stall six. best sea food ever eaten at very good prices

Hotel room was nice and clean. Like the little surprise ie pillow selection option. The only let down was the gym - not well lit and the pool - both located at the same floor as the event/meeting area.

this hotel is easy to locate from airport.the reception is friendly.check in process is fast(but may be because is a weekday). easy to get taxi to move around especially for business traveler. room is clean and spacious. movies selection in the room is limited but fair enough to pass time. clean toilet, nice bed.
