Great location
On top of a hill, the room has bird eye views of the river and city and in walking distance to everything .

the hotel is fairly new with beautiful pool and gym but is in need of style and display in public areas such as in the lobby.
A fantastic food court "Topspot" offering fresh seafood in reasonable price is closeby, a place not to be missed.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I really liked the swimming pool and gym facilities. Swimming pool is big and also has nice kids pool. The gym was well equipped. I also bought some cookies and macaroons from the bakery/cafe at the lobby level, they were definitely yummy. There are some shopping complex and food place within walking distance. The shopping complex which is connected to the hotel is a bit dead. There are some restaurants and cafes but not much choices.

Business hotel with reasonable price

Stayed at deluxe room for 3 nights. Relatively new hotel in the area.Room is big with a lot of spaces available. Big bathroom with bathtub. Plenty of parking spaces available. Located right in the city centre. The only drawback is, as a business hotel, it should offer free unlimited internet access. (currently only offer cable internet access 1 hour/per day, where upon reaching 1 hour, internet access will be barred OR pay RM50 per day for unlimited internet)
Restaurant Tip:
Cafe chat (at Hotel Lobby) offers buy one free one for cakes/pastry after 9pm

The design of the room was good except for the bathroom which is made from the slippery tiles. My father in law slipped off and fall down in the bathroom.

Great location but small rooms

The hotel is new and nicely build. Superior Twin Bed room has quite big rooms, but two very small beds, plain single, not even super single bads.

The best hotel of our stay in Asia

We stayed at this hotel for my friends birthday and her visit time outside of Australia. The hotel location was great, adjacent to many shopping malls. The pool area was great with many sunbeds and daybeds available, reasonably priced cocktails and snacks were available poolside. The staff are the best thing about this property. From Cecil the porter to Mr Tan the manager everyone went above and beyond to ensure my friends birthday stay was memorable. Highly recommended hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For only 50 sen (half of 1 Ringgit) you can catch a longboat to the other side of the Sarawak River. It's then only a short walk to see Fort Margerita and the new Parliament building.

the thermostats for the air conditioning was not functioning and was blowing very cold air even when it was set at 26 degree. followed the instruction card on the desk.
felt like the room was haunted.

good hotel and big room.. bed are very confortable. the staff are very polite even the housekeeping too. toilet blocked but tenician act fast. food in hotel good with reasonable price.taxi are always around. i like there is a shopping mall at basement. if you have transport then this is a hotel that you can choose. it's worth to stay.only thing i don't like is when you friends staying in difference floor, and you want to visit them,you have to go down to lobby floor first even if you stay at higher floor, and ask your friend to come down tb bring you up. this is unconveniece.
