The check-in is fast, and city map is provided. There is travel agency office just besides the receiption, you may get free copy of map from the office.
We stay in superior twin room, the room & toilet is big.
Swimming pool is good, but playground is limited.
No wifi in the room, but only LAN-cable with one hour free per day. The free time can be accumulated e.g. first day you used 30 minutes, then the second day you will have 1& half hour. The cut-off is on 2pm. Remember to log-out.

Comfortable hotel in a central location
Comfortable hotel and pretty big room, linked to shopping mall for great convenience

The room is comfortable and pretty big, though not spectacular - suitable for business travelers. The only drawback is that on one day after housekeeping, the staff did not close our room door tightly, so by the end of the day when we came back to the room, the door was not closed - which meant anyone could have gone into the room. Thankfully nothing was missing.

We stayed at the Pulman Hotel in august ina a deluxe superior room. The rooma was big with a comfortable kingsize bed and a great city view from the window. The staff was very helpfull and kind.
The price for people coming from EU it's very cheap.
I would reccomend this hotel!

it was a great experience at pullmann. location is good and accessible to the waterfront - a 5 minutes walk. situated at a hillside which gives an added advantage for a good view. the only nightmare was the room card. this room card operates the lift and to your room. but many a times it does not work. the hotel staff said only this year the card started to give problem and apologies whenever you go to get it revalidated. every day, it seems to fail. otherwise, the hotel works out well for its location, room and service.
