Excellent value for money
swimming pool, room standard
9.7
Very nice stay in Pullman. I chose the hotel due to good pricing and easy access to luxury. The room standard is very good and you get what you expect. The swimming pool is lovely. The hotel is quite central and you can easily access the city centre. I haven't tried the breakfast nor restaurant but I ordered a few drinks which were very professionally made.
Only complaint is the noise from neighbouring bars/karaoke/club. I could not sleep until 2-3 a.m. .... Another thing is the access card for lift/room, which is very difficult to use!!!

iwould like the hotel to give greater promotion about places of interst to first time travellers/ vositors about areas 50 miles radius as good planning from us may be translated to longer stays.

Best hotel in Kuching
Good facillities, clean and big room,
9.3
With relatively low price through Agoda, Pullman Kuching hotel is best choice for business travellers.
Breakfast is pretty good, but Chinese restaurant is much better.
The only complain is wi-fi doesn't work well.

You will be welcome by friendly and helpful staff upon arriving. I love the grand lobby and the waiting lounge area. The security is great as the lift need to be access by the hotel card. The cleanliness of the hotel room will never fail you as everything is neat, clean, and presentable. Especially the spacious bathroom! Love it very much!

Very nice hotel at a convenient location

Pullmann is a very spacious and conveniently located hotel in Kuching, about a 15 min walk from the main bus terminal (there are closer hotels if this is a concern to you) and right next to the Top Spot Seafood food court. Due to it's location on a hill every room has a nice view from the panoramic windows from each room. Generally the whol stay was very pleasent, the room (and the bathroom) was nice, there is a small fridge (empty, no minibar, but a 7-11 around the corner ;-) ), a water kettle and complementary waterbottles (2x), tea and coffe (there it gets a bit cheap though, only for two cups, but you can always ask the cleaning crew for more). The only thing that annoyed me a bit was the free internet. For one, in the room it's only cable internet so you can only use a computer with a RJ45 port, your wireless devices are useless. Also usage is restricted to 1h a day and it's really really slow. On the pro side, there's always free WiFi in the lobby, but it's restricted to 1h per session by a voucher system, but you get as many vouchers as you like (you have to re-login every time which is quite annoying). Doesn't help the internet speed though, it's still amazingly slow. But to summerize, the hotel is really nice and worth a stay. The internet issues are annoying, but it's always enough to check on a flight or plan your trips to the countryside. When I get back to Kuching I will definetly consider staying there again.
(We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't really comment on that, that's why I gave it a "3")
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bako nature reserve (A bus drives there every hour and only costs 3.50 RM), Fairy Cave, Orang-Utan wildlife reserve.

Great location and clean hotel

Nice hotel in a good location. The hotel room is big and spacious enough to put 1 more additional bed. Pleasant modern furnishing and comfortable beds.. It is just few minutes walk to Kuching waterfront and some nearby eating places and shopping mall.
