very convenient location for kuching waterfront and jalan wayang area (good bars and restaurants). satisfactory standards for rooms, facilities and service as expected from an accor hotel though housekeeping could be a bit more thorough and timely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
cat city tours operate in the hotel and have the usual tours operating in and out of kuching for more or less the market rate, as compared to similar travel agents. vehicles are clean and comfy and tour guides pleasant and knowledgeable

Spacious hotel
Large rooms, strategic location with a mall right beneath and a food center right behind

It is definately THE hotel for the claustrophobic. The rooms are so large and spacious that one can practically do cartwheels in the bathroom itself. Location is perfect and near to a food court that serves fresh, nice and decently priced seafood.

great place. but costly food!!
gym, swimming pool n kids pool is good....

it was a weekend gateaway for my family of nine... we enjoyed the. pool n gym..
the food was too costly so we opted to eat out spending only rm 90 on food at the nearby opwn air food court... in room one dish about rm 30 ++...
room smelt of cigarettes though...
n my request for ajoining rooms was not entwrtained (booked n requested a month earlier!!)

i love to stay at this hotel, recommended to everyones, if i go to kuching, i will stay at this hotel again, the staff helpful & friendly, my 2 lil son really enjoying this hotel.

Great hotel with spacious rooms

it is my second time in pullman kuching and i enjoyed every moment of it. the hotel is located in proximity of restaurants and bars, the river is just a stone throw away and it is really easy to get around. the rooms are very spacious and modern (no wonder, it is a new hotel) and the hotel facilities are superb. breakfast is top and the lobby bar very inviting. no complaints at all, i will be back to this hotel during my next trip to kuching. great value for money.

Lovely but still room for improvement on service
good location, pullman is well known, room is big

the hotel is great but service can be improve.
we were early for check in like around 1215pm, so the room was not ready. we went to coffeehouse for lunch. an hour and half passed, i went to front desk to check, was told still not ready. i went up to the floor and saw the housekeeping cleaning all other rooms except the one allocated to me. so the housekeeping told me to inform front desk to change to a room which he had clean.
so i wonder was instruction given or was it not clear that housekeeping were not cleaning the ones already allocated to guests. they were polite, just need to be more diligent in follow up perhaps.
morning breakfast, we went at 9am, suppose to end at 1030am, but food were not readily replenished until asked, which was annoying.
both mornings!
food were not fresh, presentation bad, look stale.
service is good.
chinese restaurant, steamboat, quality and quantity were way below expectation from brochure.
massage at mandala was below par, obviously masseur were inexperience.
hope these are constructive comments.
