Nice helpfull staff.
The hotell itself was nice
Very nice people at the reataurants beside the hotel. The room we had a little bit ruffy, but it was OK.
More changes at the breakfast buffe.
Hope they can fix the toilet until next time we will come. The period for our stay was one of the best. Not too busy so we had a nice stay at the Asiania Resort. Honest staff, no troubles with loosing anything. The pool was great to use when we were to tired to go to the beach (as we had about 10-15 minutes walk to the public beach). The taxidrivers at the hotel also nice people. We can recomend this hotel if you go to Langkawi

Breakfast-tasteless If you guys are looking for a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay in Langkawi, I can assure you that Aseania is certainly not the hotel you want to end up in. Almost everything at the hotel was poor and way below expectaton. Trust me...it is better off staying at a motel or budget hotels provided that they are clean, at least. In short, I have never stayed at any other worse resort hotel. It was an experience I really want to forget.

It is located at the south of Cenang Beach. About 20 minutes walking distance can reach the centre of Cenang where many shops, restaurants, money changers and travel agents are located. Saving a lot of time. Breakfast is included. However, not many choices are available. The rooms are dirty. Air conditioner is not working properly. I stayed the hotel for 3 days. Although the rooms is not clean and the air conditioner is not working properly, however the price tag is low. There is also a large swimming pool. It is still considerable as value for money. Improvements should be made on the air conditioner and house keeping. Although there is not much choices on the food varieties, but it is still acceptable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : More travel information should be available from the hotel to facilitate the tourist.

Good swimming pool, nice location Need some repair work for the toilet. May improve the food for buffet breakfast Aseania has a very large and beautiful swimming pool. My kids liked it very much. The room was OK for me eventhough the toilet was slightly run down. The location was fantastic, there were so many decent restaurant nearby. There were also a lot of shops within the walking distance. It is also no far away from the jetty for island hopping

The hotel is situated off the main road, not too far from the beach and the main eating and shopping area. It is within walking distance from Underwater World. The hotel is very run down. The fixtures in the room are broken and the towel are yellowish that we had to request for a change. The only plus point of this hotel is its location. The place is very run down and needs a major renovation and clean up. The floor mat in the lift smells and filled with dust. The sides of the wave pool are filled with thick algae. Children go to the sides of the pool and scrub the algae off causing the pool to fill with algae. The breakfast was poor -- both quality and selection. The equipment in the gym are not working and I believe they have not been working for a long time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do visit the Underwater World. It is one of the better ones. Go to Oriental Village to take a cable car up to the top of a mountain (700+m above sea level). If the weather is good, you will have a very good view of Langkawi. Do remember to bargain when you make your purchases.

The swimming pool was excellent for adults as well as adults. The sheets and bedcover could be made more presentable and bright. Our stay was too short to review much but nothing bad to comment. Overall the environment was nice and comfortable. The swimming pool was big and very nice. As that was the favourite item in my child’s agenda, the stay was worth very satisfying to her. Altogether I feel that the sheets on the beds could have been better.

The enterance is grant and the pool looked lovely. The bedrooms were dirty and the hotel is extremely run down. Our towels and sheets had stains on them... we upgraded to a better room on the net and ended up with 2 beds instead of one... ie: that was the upgrade! This was the dirtiest hotel we stayed at in Malaysia. The paint was peeling on the doors, the bedding was old and tattered and the sheets were a disgrace. The breakfast very average, unless you like bread. Unfortunately as it rained for our duration here, we didn't get a chance to go in the pool.
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't stay here (ie: we're not very fussy when it comes to hotels, but we do like to have a clean bedroom).

Facilities are enough for short stay, hotel outlook is ok, swimming pool is big enough, rooms are big enough. The rooms are a little bit old, room service is not good enough, I was even unable to call for a hair dryer, bathroom is not so convenient, no hair dryer, the towel hanger is not convenient. The hotel is not located on the beach, far away from the beach, not many shops around the hotel. There are some stores and money exchange shop nearby which sell cheaper and better price than the ones at the central of Cenang Beach. Swimming pool is nice. Hotel's outlook not bad.

The hotel is up to standard for the price paid No much activity in the hotel so it's more of a relaxing place instead of happening place. This is a first time in Langkawi. It is a decent place to stay if you want to relax. Most of the place closed after 10pm so if you are looking for nightlife, prepare to do it in your room. Hotel outlook is ok, swimming pool is big enough, rooms are big enough. The service staff is always friendly and helpful.

The pool is big and nice and has a waterfall. We got two rooms with two large beds in each room for five persons. The rooms needs to be maintained. The rooms was not so well cleaned when we arrived. We asked for chairs or table on our balcony but we didn´t get any on eleven days... The gym was closed. We didn´t like the hotel so much. It was dirty and things needed to be fixed.
Restaurant Tip : Little Lilias chill out café is fantastic!

The teritory is big and perfect! We liked swimming pools and sunbathing at the pools with nice music and friendly atmosphere. rooms are to be refurnished, though everything is clean. Over all we liked our staying in Aseania as firstly it is located close to town and restaurants; secondly it has a great pool (several pools) and a lot of palms at the poolside. The rooms are spacious and clean but need the renovation. The price for the room is reasonable. The service staff is always friendly and helpful. But the breakfast is very basic and is adviced to have some more offers for the europeans. It is a real value for the price.

Quit place, not far from the village and the shops Our room was clean but needed maintenance. A strong smell of sewer gas in the village. Lot of rubisch on the sides of the roads It's a good resort to be with very friendly people a good breakfast and restaurant. Several very nice and clean pools. Real value for money

Обслуживающий персонал почти не заметен. Его явно не хватает на такой большой отель. Завтраки входят в стоимость проживания и это не маловажно. Сами завтраки весьма бедны и не разнообразны. Видна экономия на всем.
Понравилось удобное расположение в отеле и его территория с водопадом. Много зелени.

Pool could be cleaner.
Very basic rooms..
Housekeeping poor.
On arrival the roof in foyer was mouldy and had damp spots. No lift and we were put in the deluxe room 2nd floor. Helped bell captain lug four heavy suitcases to our room. Shocked at condition of the room, extremely plain only furniture bed, basic dressing table, small wooden wardrobe and a small tv unit. Deluxe rooms in photos had quilts, small lounge suites, lamp and coffee table, not this room. Beds were covered with thin ugly looking worn blankets, walls were plain with no pictures. There were no mattress protectors on the bed and you could see the stripes of the mattress through the thin sheet. My daughters bed only had a base sheet which covered the top half of her mattress? We had two queen beds, we only slept in one as swarms of ants were on the other. The bathroom was basic with ugly silicone stained with black mould. The toilet was not clean and had a permanent black ring halfway in bowl. The housekeeping never changed our towels even though we left them on the floor and they were dirty from the floor, they put them over the shower rail (not folded). TV was small and not many channels (1 in English). The view was of a small lane way a bit disappointing. The breakfast was very basic. This hotel the room I would rate at half a star, nowhere near close to the 3 star. The main pool OK but the wave pool and lazy river looked green and black mould on the walls. I did not like this hotel very much and would not recommend it unless you are desperate. Pick another hotel in Langkawi like the Holiday Villa only slightly more expensive.
