Bay view hotel located at Kuah,the shopping district of Langkawi and close to the ferry terminal. There are lots of shops nearby,mainly duty free shop,restaurants and banks.There is a night market at about 100m away. There is a very nice outdoor pool with spa and jacuzzi. The service are good and the staffs are friendly too.
Restaurant Tip:
Recommend to dine in the restaurant at the hotel as the food outside are expensive

They only good hotel in Kuah Town

This is the only good hotel (3 star and above) that I can found in Kuah Town. No big thing to proud with; they have very conventional style of running hotel business, basic typical hotel design and service. The location is the main selling point, close to all the duty free shops.

This hotel is better than some of the 5 stars hotel in Australia.
Great service, clean, big bath, good view, and great breakfast buffet.

Service need improvement.

We booked for a room with king size bed. However, upon checking in, we were given room with twin beds. My 20 months old girl is co-sleeping with us in same bed. Thus, we insisted on a king-sized bed room. Initially, we were told that all room with king-sized bed were occupied. However, after lengthy argument, we finally got what we want.
We stayed in room 709. It was a spacious room with excellent sea view. The bathroom was also spacious. They provide very basic toiletries like shampoo, shower gel and cap. We were expecting something more like toothbrush, coomb.
The breakfast was like any other buffet breakfast. Not too bad but no surprise thought.
The pool was excellent.
Most of the staff are rather polite but not friendly.
Generally not too bad but could have improve particularly on service.

The hotel room is clean, especially the toilet but the hair dryer can't be use maybe need to request from the hotel. The hotel breakfast food got quite a lot of choice and the food is hot and fresh. The only thing not good is the internet wifi a bit slow. Overall for the hotel is good.

Right smack in the Kuah shopping town.

We like this hotel because of the close proximity to Kuah Town.
For the uniniated Kuah is the shopping haven for all your shopping needs. It is just 5 mins walking distance. For excursion outside town i.e. beaches, cable car etc we just hire a car which the price is quite reasonable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring your gps if you want to hire a car. It really helps me a lot.

very friendly, the service are came promptly when we request for extra bed, but the power socket for kettle is not working, need to wait until next day only able to get it done. anyway, my kids love the swimming pool very much as it's big & nice. the breakfast is also have a variety of choice. the only thing is car park, no underground or shaded space & also the lot is very limited

this hotel is very pleasant to stay. room condition is very good with the big bathroom. my kids loves to swim and they are so happy with the kid pool. we will come back to this hotel again

Impressive hotel for its age
Our Deluxe room was spacious, the twin beds were large and really comfortable and the view was magnificent. The location near the ferry port was very convenient.

we found the staff pleasant and helpful and the breakfast catered for most tastes. there were no unpleasant aromas. some carpets will need replacement shortly.
Shopping Tip:
Night market near bridge is open Wednesday and Saturday nights although prices were much the same as Penang.
