Looks great from the outside and good location

Not really impressed, had to get someone to clean the bathroom on arrival, very run down needs restoration. Safe in room was portable (not fixed to anything)

Room with sea view , big hotel and breakfast food been served good.

Room considered big , good place for couples to stay in Kuah. Been searching through agoda and bella vista is worth of money in my overall consideration

The staff were friendly and very helpfull.
we found the staff very helpfull with our tours & taxi services.

the room was very well cleaned each day, we loved the pool down by the beach and the setting sun of an evening was just made for our holiday enjoyment.
the breakfast could have been a bit better for catering for westerns but generally o.k. the orange juice at breakfast was too watery.

One time has been, but is not anymore

Hotel facilities looks like it has been something in the past, but long gone. Pool is dirty, there is no beach in all area to swim. Not much facilities around. Humidity in hotel. Really only reason to go is if cheap enough, go to other beach on the other side.

Lovely Hotel
This "Castle Look" hotel looks awesome from far

overall we are satisfy with our stay at bella vista.
on our first night, part of the hotel electricity was breakdown from 3am till the next day, we are "so lucky" as our rooms are involved. anyway the hotel management was quick enough to upgrade our room to "3 rooms apartment".
we like the apartment that was offered to us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pantai Cenang and Langkawi Skybridge is a must visit place

great location and reasonable price.its centre of kuah district.beautiful swimming pool but recently the breakfast were not much choice compare to last time.the room is clean and comfortable.

the hotel staff were friendly.the hotel location great.just drive 30 minutes to tanjong rhu and 25minutes to pantai cenang.the room is clean and tidy.
