ok , wouldnt come back again
free internet , several restaurants , clean rooms

the overall stay was ok , the positive points were:
the rooms were clean and spacious
the bathrooms were clean
the lobby area is very beautiful
wide selections of restaurants food
proximity to the cable car attraction
the in room internet is fast and free
The Negative points were :
We heard alot about this hotel and how great it was so we selected it without hesitation but here are the negatives which for me were significant
the rooms were far from the lobby area so you have to take a free shuttle to the hotel room whenever you want to go there
the staff were a bit on the rude side acting as if they were doing me a favour by letting me stay with them,
since the rooms are far from the lobby and the main hotel area dont expect the service to be fast
the restaurants area was full of flying insects which is expected given the location but the hotel didnt take any measures to reduce the exposureso we ended up with a bowl of soup with a couple of dozen of insects sharing it with us.
overall the stay was ok but diven the price over such measures i wouldnt rank it high and would not come back definitly

It was a fantastic stay. However, the part where you need to improve would be your check in service. I stood there for almost 5 to 10mins waiting to check in. Maybe you guys were short of hand. Other than that, everything was great during my stay. Thank you.

somewhere between good and very good

In general, the resort facilities are quite good. The sand is not very beautiful but very clean. A lot of water sports are available. we love the walk way in the forest. We love the chalet as well since it is very private and quiet. The Thai restaurant is great with good foods and reasonable price. Breakfast is not worth with what we paid for. Mosquito was one of the issues. Internet did not work sometimes.
