Affordable price, staffs were very helpful and friendly, rooms were well decorated, and most importantly, they have cable TV! The floor was quite dirty when I first stepped in, breakfast was not very tasty. Convenient. The place was near to restaurants and shops. It is about 10-15 minutes drive from the Kuah Jetty. A good place to stay if you have a bunch of people.
Restaurant Tip : Look for Teo Seafood Restaurant. It is located at the corner of the new shop lots facing the main road.

So far I find this hotel is good and clean. More suitable to those who travel in a big group. There is a new shopping centre Teow Soon Huat nearby hence we can do shopping at anytime. However food nearby might be less. But you may walk to Kuah Town around 15-20 minutes for the seafood.

There are no plus points on this Hotel! We stayed one day shorter and left because the room was not a hotelroom!! to expensive for what you expect. Not clean! please go to a resort along the coast!! Not clean, no holliday feeling. Also Kuah is not a nice city!! We were going to Langkawi en searching for a good Hotel! When arriving at the Hotel we where very disapointed!! the outside of the hotel wasn't even a picture of a hotel! The appartments/rooms are tryed to be sold as a appartment but because they can't people can book them as like a Hotel! Not clean! not strategicly situated! and not nice for a vacation to be in! Better to seach something along the coast like a resort!! just pay some more!!
Restaurant Tip : Charlie's place near the marina is realy great!!

Cleaning and maintenance not very acceptable Not recommended by us. The apartment bed linen and towels were all stained and did not smell freshly laundered.
The bathroom was mouldey and damp which made it smell. The mould on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable for a hotel with paying guests. Scruffy, dirty and dated.
Restaurant Tip : Great Chinese restaurant in town. Cant remeber the name but on a corner with red plastic chairs and red tablecloths. Great food and service and cheap as chips.

- Apartment layout: We visted with family, you can easily interact with other members of family(kids), while keeping the privacy.
- Pool: Nice swimming pool. - Location: The hotel is away from main tourist destinations. One must have car to commute. Remember to carry your international driving permit.
- Decipline among staff: The response is sometime
slow. You would find Cafe attendents eating someting or other at breakfast time.
- Food Court: Much below the standards of international tourism. We stayed 4 days with family, enjoyed the stay. Breakfast is so-so. They attract many Chinese guests, so breakfast taste is inclined. However, you get some bread & fruits to eat. Staying in serviced apartment is much better experience than staying in hotel room if you are travelling with family & need 2 rooms. Maintainence of the bathrooms is poorer to their standard.
Overall nice experience if you have own car.
There is shopping mall nearby named, "Langkawi Parade", we found out this to be cheapest place in Langkawi. We were told that most of the locals shop here. You will not find many tourists here being isolated location, must visit if you are in Century Suria.

The family/grouping accommodation. Big rooms and spacious and also close to market, the price is reasonable. housekeeping is quite poor, the bathroom is a little bit smelly and The shower tap is leaking Overall is good location for stayed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Expensive in taxi fares, best to hire a car from Airport. Should go for 7wellwaterfall, and cable car.

No Laundry Machine inside the apartment Apartment size with 2 bedrooms are considered OK with swim pool and sea view Stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights gave us a very memorable experiences especially seeing my kids enjoyed their swimming experiences. However, breakfast menu were not reall that good as the quality in terms of presentable and taste were really not at expected standard. Their meehoon was not fried enough while the hot water for coffee was not really hot (it was warm actually). Anyhow, facilities like Snooker Table is really excellence as almost at no time, it was vacant. Another additional point, is this suite located near few other shoplots where ou can get your basic needs for family nearby. Also, if you need rental car, they car arrange you from this suite without going out.
Restaurant Tip : Chinese Restaurant nearby as well as few shoplots for basic needs

bfast for extra pax is only at RM7 (cheap). spacious. housekeeping is quite poor. no astro. steam room and sauna room..oh my god..smelly. so far the condo is not too bad and not too good. it is average, but i think it's worth if you go in a group of 6 or 7. the location is is near to the kuah town and there are shops around the area. the landscape is nice. breakfast is considered ok. staff are friendly.

space of apartment, view. some local customers did not take care for cleanliness so much. It is a good apartment to live for a long time. Nearby there is a mall, supermarket, bars, restaurants and places for massage. but if you want to swim you must use a car because the beach is far away and the pool is small and shadow around all day.

Apartment's floor is dirty. Pool is dirty as most of the customer wearing cloths into the pool. It's not a pleasant stay in this apartment.
Restaurant Tip : There is a Yong Leong coffee shop near by which serves delicious chinese cuisine with reasonable price.

The family accommodation model. Suitable for family Should have better maintenance. The shower screen drops and the water bidets was leaking Overall the hotel is suitable place for family as it provides sufficient space for everyone. The facilities inside is good especially the washing machines provided meaning you can travel light.
However, the maintenance of
need to be enhanced for better upkeep. One of the air-conditioner was noisy.
Breakfast was basic, but for the price you really cant complaint.
