环境蛮不错下的，靠近码头咯
不过至于吃的方面要去到比较远的地方
房间还算很整齐拉，蛮干净的，
不过呢，泳池要走的比较远，而且还很严格，一定要穿游泳衣服的
退房的时候，还要等那个人来，这一点我比较不喜欢，
浪费了我的时间！！

Situated in Kuah town, and with a car, Kuah town is just a few minutes' drive away. There are lots of food, shopping and night markets in Kuah town. Most attractions are also few minute' drive away from the villa. It is also situated near the jetty from where you can go for boat trips. The villa is safe and there is a swimming pool where you can relax after traveling outside. Necessary facilities are provided in the villa.

CHOGM Villa 2006
The surrounding estate was quite delightful. the pool was one of the nicest on the island

The stay in villa 2006 was a complete disaster. I was shocked to be welcomed to a living room full of dust on the floors. Managed to get the owners phone number from the neighbor and they got a cleaner onto it immediately.
However the place was definitely sub standard and in need of more than just a simple wipe on the surface. There was a worn out couch in the living room covered in stains , so we asked the cleaners to move it to the third bedroom which is not habitable as it had no AC and had a baby's cot hanging down from the ceiling.
There were in the bathroom walls and ceilings and roaches were everywhere to be seen. The floors and walls were stained with soap scum.
The doors were water damaged and had its laminate peeling apart showing the rotting wood beneath.
The en suite in the master bedroom didn't have a functional shower and the bath tub was corroded with taps literally falling apart. In short I've showered in dirty public toilets with far less disgust than the ones in villa 2006.
Having said that, I don't know if its just rotten luck that villa 2006 was in such disrepair or perhaps my expectations were unrealistic for the budget; I'm sure you wouldn't expect the above mentioned experience.
I can't say the same for the other villas under the management as clearly other guests had better things to say about the rooms, but I can confirm that villa 2006 was definitely uninhabitable by the worst of all accommodation standards world wide.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I would like to warn visitors that this is not the same mob that runs villas on the internet is probably a different management to the Agoda Chogm villas as the rooms were certainly not those that you'd see in the pictures.

Stayed for two nights at this homestay apartment. Initial check-in was a big fuss, landlord demanded i pay more than the price i booked due to peak season which i totally disagreed. Managed to resolve this issue.Apartment with cable TV, floor little dusty and the plus side is the big pool. Should I visit Langkawi again, i will look for resort or hotel with reception based to avoid such unpredictable hassle.

总体来说感觉还是不错的，酒店环境、配套等等，就是酒店联系电话换了，第一天联系不上比较郁闷一些，希望店家及时通知网站更新联系方式，以免给入住的客人带来不便，同时也建议到店前先和店家联系确认一下比较好。其他方面还是不错的，房间够大，还有游泳池，水也很干净，孩子很喜欢！
Shopping Tip:
大路右拐弯，桥下面就有个超市，买东西很方便！

成立了一个12人庞大旅行团，同时租了2008，与2006，我们住2006，相对没有2008好，主人房的洗手间热水器坏了，同时阳台的门锁不上，但是却感受到兰卡威非常好的治安，呵呵。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
出小区转右就是拍档，转左可以到最大的免税购物商场，离瓜镇也不远，在瓜镇的Bayview Hotel吃了海鲜自助餐，便宜，好吃！
