Great location & service
good location, near to cenang beach, restaurant

Family budget room was quite small and hot (without air-cond), toilet dirty. I have changed to family room (with air-cond)for 1st night and pay for additional charges. 2nd night move to budget room due to fully booking. (recommend room with air-cond for others)

Pros 1. infront of beach 2. near to restaurant 3 beside underwater world, and duty free shop 4. with aircond, TV, kettle 5. wifi 6. lot of parking but Cons 1. wifi have to pay RM10 for 24 hours, anyhow it is weak also. 2. TV programme also few and not clear 3. no water heater in the toilet 3. lot of mosquitoes 4. toilet and room are dirty. full with sand. anyhow it suit for big family as it can safe a lot of cost, remember to buy mosquitoes spray. they have a restaurant but under renovation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
pantai cenang beach has lot of restaurant (chinese, malay and india, also western style)and also lot of shops and massage centre. u can rent motorbike to go around or with car. island hopping with RM25 for 4 hours trip.
