room price is worth able. toilet is big enough and clean.. hotel staffs are friendly. very nearby airport not much bad comment.. overall is good.. Is a very good decision and recommendation to stay in hotel helang if arrive langkawi airport at nite, cos it is really nearby airport, which is oni 5 min walking distance. Room design is unique, light and lamp are unique. Besides that,the bed beside window gives a very good feeling. toilet is big enough and clean. Overall whole room is clean. Hotel staff are friendly.

very big bathroom, next to airport, big room at low cost room not swept, found small cockroach at head of bed, the hotel is well located, very easy accessibility to airport. although it was next to airport, no sound of planes flying can be heard, very good. but the rooms were not well cleaned. found hairs on the floor. small cockroach at head of bed. the bed were not well made during cleaning. blanket not folded well. however, it's a great value for money. if you want to stay here, it's a must to rent a car. have to negotiate with the sales person at airport for renting car.

big room, next to airport, value for money overall the stay here was good. we drived out most of the time. rented a car. the tv channels were not adequate, only have 4 channels, all except one were in malay. the channels were blur due to the renovation at the front of hotel, which the hotel staffs claimed it to be. but the problem was rectified hours later, to our relief. there is good eating place outside the hotel, but have to drive out. no bar. fridge empty.

Close walking distance from the airport to hotel. The hotel is undergoing some renovation on its exterior but it doesn't create any high level of noise disturbance to us. Only four tv channels out of which one is Vision Four, reception for 2 channels not very clear. I saw small cockroach in the toilet not sure if it is the same one I saw in the wardrobe but we don't find it a bother to us. Hotel room is big and spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. It takes about five minutes walk from the airport to hotel. Coffee, tea, shower foam, shampoo and toilet paper are replenished on a daily basis. Bath towels are changed on a daily basis. The room is equipped with hair dryer, electric kettle and hangers - well equipped. It would be good if there is a safe deposit box in the room. If you wish to visit the private beach at Langkasuka hotel, just inform the reception staff and a free shettle can be arranged. Good value-for-money. I will definitely stay in the same hotel should I make another trip to Langkawi again in the near future. As I did not took my meals at the hotel cafes, I can't comments on the food.
Shopping Tip : Can go to Kuah for shopping. There is Langkawi Parade Megamall and Teow Soon Huat next door which sells duty free stuff like chocolates, beers, wines, etc

- good staff If you dont mind about few areas of the hotel being renovated during your visit, you can stay there. Very near to airport is an advantage. Make sure you rent a car if you are by yourself. It helps a lot to go around and not depend on the taxi. The break fast at the transit cafe at level 1 was good.

Value for money, Location Since we arrived almost midnight, so we choosed this hotel because of the location. It is really situated next to the airport. You only need walk less than 5 minutes. Room is big and spacious. Bathroom is ok.
At that time, the hotel is doing some renovation, so access to lobby is bit odd. You need to go around and enter the lobby from the back.
I think, once the work is done, it will be quiet pleasant place to stay. However, you should bear in mind also the proximity to the airport make some noise when ther is a plane is take off or landing.

Very near to airport where you can get your money changer, food.
Big room with big bathtub. Was under renovated when we stayed at there.
Aircon was a bit stale and dry within the room This hotel is value for money for someone who would rent a vehicle. Since it is near the airport, it means that it will be away from all the attractions.
Having a sister resort, Langkasuka Beach Resort, is great. You can use the facilities at the sister resort especially the private beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Enjoy the sun at the sister resort.

Very convenient as its next to the Airport. Peaceful surroundings as its far away from the noisy part of Langkawi. Need to improve on lighting as surrounding of the hotel feels gloomy. Overall I do not have any issues during my 2 night in Helang Hotel. The staff are friendly & approachable. The hotel seems to be quite worn out which I guess that is why its currently undergoing renovation. Very peaceful environment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big rooms. Its very near to the airport. Stains found on bedsheets though. Hotel is about a 3min walk away from the airport. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are really nice and helpful.
