-Ambient atmosphere
-Nice house keeping fellows
-Informative and helping Reception desk
-Kuaha town being walking distance
-Cafeteria needs more cleanininess, especially flies troubling during breakfast.Although service people at cafeteria very good
-Pool need to be more clean.Chance of infecting skin and eyes.
-More decorative reception area needed
Overall we enjoyed our stay of 4 days there.Facilty wise woth of speninding that much money.Rooms were ecellent and well maintained.Housekeeping was wonderful.But my kids complained about the look of reception area.Bit more can be done to make that area look more appealing.And if wifi system can be extended to rooms; will be good for more days stay.

Hotel is convenient for shopping as it close to the Kuah town.
The condo / room ( 810 ) was terrible. There is no blind set for the living room which expose us to outsider.No privacy. Two of the doors are not functioning. I almost lock myself as the door cant be open.The breakfast even worst. It was stated 7.30am to 10.30am.Me & my family went around 9:00am and found the food was almost finish.When we asked the staf, to our disappointment, they said thats all left. The whole place seems dirty which decrease our appetite. This is really a big regret as our money not worth is at all.
