1) Room are big and clean
2) Nice beach view 1) No "Do not disturb" & "Make up room" sign at my room Langkasuka Beasch Resort, their counter staff are friendly and efficient. When i first step in to my room, my feeling is "wow, this room so big, comfortable and everything complete". I love to watch sunset at the beach with my couple, it is so romantic. Beside, there are people BBQ and celebrate birthday so happy. I would strongly recommend my friend to stay here when they visit Langkawi.

the room is very big and nice don't have any conection to lobby if raining can't walk though there min. 50 words
is very nice hotel that have a big room , nice beach and swimming pool. Really enough for most big family to stay at Langkasuka Beach Resort. This is my 1st time visit Langkawi that i love so much with my family member.

Near to the airport and the Pretty Beach Many small insect in the wooden furniture
a bit old in side the room Langkasuka Beach Resort is good for budgeted travellers, It has all basic facilities with relative cheap price.Standard room is big with two Queen bed. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The location is close to the underwater world,airport and cable car;but far from the town. The swimming pool is quite dirty. Breakfast is lack of variety.

The location is great, the rooms are attractive and the pool is king size (albeit shallow.) There are several places to eat, ranging from budget to more expensive. Both mattresses in our twin room were most uncomfortable as they were sagging at one end which made lying level in bed impossible. Perhaps the cleaners could flip them regularly.
Overal the resort was a good choice. The room rates were excellent and so was the location. I just wondered why the waterfall rocks at the pool are fake when Langkawi is famous for its variety of rock. (The geologists at the GeoPark would be horrified.) Also, the resort should clearly state on its website/s that it doesn't serve any wine at all. (I can't understand why it serves beer, but not wine.) Whilst I accept that it is a Muslim resort, we Westerners enjoy a glass of wine with our meals, so this rule certainly was a downer. And the fact that one can't drink one's own wine on the premises, doesn't help the situation either.
Travel tip : There are two waterfalls not far from the hotel. Certainly worth a visit. Hire a car to get there or get a taxi to drop you there and fetch you again later.

big rooms, highly affordable, resort feel and good sunset view. The weaknesses is that there are construction goin on beside the hotel and it spoils the view from the beach. feel the hotel is ok for a two day stay. but for longer stay it is a problem. The food is expensive. There is no market nearby. Overall, the hotel is with good money value. A good choice if you travel on budget.

presentation of room, same as in pics.... classy n elegant old look... bed comfort worth the $$, bathroom is BIG!! 5 mins drive from airport! far from cenang beach or any food stalls... no sheltered walkways to the main lobby, inconvenient when raining! swimming still allowing during heavy downpour! limited rooms with seaview... bf and i had a pleasant stay at langkasuka, even though it was just for a night. the room was big given that we booked standard king only... exceeded my expectations.. bathroom was big, seperate shower and bathtub, sink area very big too... cable tv channels were sufficient.. bed was comfortable and i like the antique furniture in the room.. convenient located near the airport, with one or two aircraft flying over every day.. so it doesn't really affect your sleep =) will definitely go back there!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 8km from cenang beach... great food and pizza in the area too! stop for a roadside lunch along the runway road... easily spotted with a big white van, selling POWER laksa and rojak etc! very cheap and tasty too =)

Really big/nice pool. Private beach was very private and nice. Rooms were very big. Two big queen size bed. Huge bathroom and bathtub there isn't anything around the resort. We just stayed on the resort and had to take a taxi to the city. I reaally liked this resort. It's quiet and the rooms were very nice and big. I especially liked the swimming pool and the waterfall. Private beach was awesome. Just wished that it was close to other things but for the money, it's well worth it!

The price was very affordable. Has a fairly good set of amenities. Has a beach! The rooms were not well-maintained. Very restricted Internet access. We booked 3 rooms at the Langkasuka Beach Resort in Langkawi. The price was very affordable for a beach hotel in Langkawi, the rooms were fairly large with beds that can sleep 3 per room. The beach was fairly clean and there was a nice pool.
The location was also strategic, being only a 5 minute drive from the airport and a 10-15 minute drive from the Pantai Cenang town center where there's plenty of food and shopping.
We were, however, disappointed with the state of the rooms. Given that this was an older hotel, the standard of the rooms was still not up to expectations. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and in one of the rooms, the drainage from the bath and sink were very bad. Also, the hotel was wired up for Wireless Internet access, but the Internet connection was not working.
Overall, it's a good place to stay if you are on a budget but certainly not the best hotel by any means.
Restaurant Tip : There's pretty good food at Pantai Cenang, a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel. However, you may need to look around a little bit for a good deal.

Big room, comfortable and the private beach is really an advantage. The internet is in the lobby, there is only one computer that can go online. The beddings are kinda old. Our stay in Langkasuka was pretty comfy and nice. The room was clean and big with a lovely belcony. The private beach is a nice advantage to take. The only pity is that there is no wifi connection in the room and if u wanna go on the internet, there is only one computer in the lobby that can connect to the internet.

c) Air condition Overall during the 2 nights stay was ok. The room was very spacious however the air condition in the room was not really working well. On top of that, the furniture were quite old. It would be better if this were to improved as I do noticed there are quite many customer who has been complaining about the air condition. The fist night initially wanted to try for the karaoke in that resort but when we enter in, no one was there. The western buffet breakfast was ok, especially the croissant.
Nightlife Tip : The beach house which was located next to the Yellow House pub was great! The staff there was friendly and on top of that it was located near the beach

The place is near the airport, just 5mins by taxi ( 12 RM airport taxi ), general design is good. room of WC not good. the place is far with Cenang Center and Kowh Town ( 18 RM by taxi ). And no have wifi here, hotel internet was 6RM/hour. This place is the good price for budget. Advise for low cost personal. But you cannt connect with internet and dining center ( far with Cenang beach ). The beach cannt swim. its near with airport so that you never be late with flight.

Its a big resort with a nice private beach.very spacious rooms,neat & clean.pretty close to the airport,probably a 10 mins walk. Poor air con,hotel mgt can be little friendlier,food is lill expensive We really enjoyed the stay there.The resort had a good private beach & variety of food.The only problem we faced was there was no accessability to any retail shops or Malls near by.Need to take a taxi for anything.I will surely come back to stay here, worth for the money you pay.
