nice hotel with big rooms, bath tub,private beach, its more than I had expected.

Value for money. Spacious room and toilet. Private Beach. Ample parking space for rented cars. Bad breakfast which forces you to upgrade to Western breakfast which is ok but always not replenished on time. I've changed rooms 3 times and even till the last one, the aircon is still not working well. TV programmes are bad. If you are on a budget, this is ideal for you. If not, then try better hotels or resorts.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a room with wireless access when you check in... 'cos not all rooms have wireless access...

Swimming pool and beach was good. Very close to airport Quite far from the main city and eating places Hotel rooms were ok. Room size was good but not very well maintained. Air conditioning was not upto mark. Furniture is old. Quite far from the main city but taxi is very cheap. Car rental are very affordable. One can easily hire a car for the whole day for around 80 ringets.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel has its own private beach where one can relax.

very near to airport,restaurants and ofcourse beach. cleanliness and maintenance in rooms,should improve in beachside. I stayed there for two nights and it's a quite pleasant stay.In room,the cleanliness of the floor and the condition of the bedcover is not at all satisfied.I think it could be better when you keep your resort nameboard at the side of the road.The resort name was so beneath and behind the plants,that too not in attractive colour which is hard to find for the tourists.

The room and beach is fantastic eventhough it may have been around for some time. Carpark is limited when full house.. The hotel is quite a nice place eventhough located away from the pier.. However, it is quite near the airport and also close to the famous tourist site - Pantai Cenang. This place was actually recommended by my boyfriend and this is being his 2nd stay at Langkasuka. The rooms are spacious and well maintained although there are a few fawls such as the car park space even come to full house and the fridge wasn't cleaned, leaving some Coke drink spots. But i doubt this happens all the time - just this once to us, maybe...
The pool and beach is a sight and a must for photographer enthusiast. The beach with well equipted beach chairs and tables are a splendour to those who which to sit by the beach at nights and enjoy the cheap duty free priced alcohol!

amazing private beach

tasty food when cooked! kitchen/restaurant staff lazy! We arrived at the hotel late but the checking was fast and they upgraded us to Deluxe suite for free.
The room was very large, actually it was like a small 1 bedroom apartment. With a separate large bedroom and living room. The bathroom was also very large with shower and bath.
Room was clean and nicely furnished, with two fridges and TV's!
The hotel/resort is quite peaceful and has an amazing private beach. Very nice to swim in and catch a tan!
In the evenings there is bbq held at the beach which is nice.
The pool is not very deep (max 4ft) but fun to have a swim and mess around.
There are a few restaurants which open at various times... and this is where the problem started.
Most of the restaurants open at about 7pm and are supposed to finish at 10.30 or 11pm. The staff however seem to want to finish early.. around 9pm and are rude when you try to order at say 10pm.
One night it was packed inside as it was raining and we were told to come back later by one of the staff, this was at 9pm. We decided to use the net and come back at 10pm... still with 1 hour to go before the place is supposed to shut.
When we got there the staff seemed to be finishing up for the night and really didnt want to serve us... saying that most of the dishes on the menu were not available.
The cook also disappeared and our dinner was cooked by one of the other staff.
Overall very unhappy with this service... we felt very unwelcome when we were eating...
Other than this problem the actual resort is very nice and would be a great place to stay with friendly staff!
Restaurant Tip : Get to the restaurant before 9pm as the staff seem to finish early.... and you'll get a real nasty surprise if you try to order late!

Friedlyness, Specious rooms, privecy Cleanibess, old towls and bedsheets, aircon not so effective. Location is good and near to airport. Rooms were specious. Transport facilities were available through Hotel but costly. Bed sheets & towels were clean but very old. Mosquito were present in the room to give you company. Sea beach area was pleasant. Swimming pool was good and fully equipped. Hospitality was satisfactory.
Hotel Feature Tip : Must take a walk in night time. You will feel near to nature.

Very spacious room and clean. The hawker food in the hotel at reasonable price. Beautiful and peaceful private beach. Nice swimming pool. Aircond not very cool, but still ok with the ceiling fan. Not much people swim at the beach because worry of the jellyfish. Not enough staff working in the hawker place, need to wait for a long time for the food to be served. Less than 20 km from town. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town. A nice place for peaceful holidays. It is very near to the airport. The hotel offers a romantic candle light dinner either at the pool side or the beach side for a reasonable and affordable price. Need some improvement on the staff efficiency in handling the customer needs either in the front office or in the restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pantai Cenang is a MUST go place because a lot of water sports activity. Take a ride around Langkawi Island by car, and you will find lots of beautiful beaches and nice places to visit such as Langawi Geopark, Telaga Tujuh, Pantai Pasir Hitam, Galeri Perdana, Kota Mahsuri, Under Waterworld and so on.

the room is clean , spacious & comfortable only few restaurant there , so nt much choice for the food which u can choose fr , moreover the food is nt nice & expensive somemore its a nice hotel wf spacious room & clean private beach , the hotel staff is friendly & helpful ! then its very convenient oso to book for the optional tour or rent a car @ tour counter which is located @ the hotel lobby , although the rate is slightly higher ! (p/s: u can get a better rate if u trying to rent a car fr kuah town but the inconvenient part is u hv to get & return the car @ kuah town , so is better u juz rent it @ hotel there) . all in all , its a money value hotel wf nice private beach , spacious & clean room , n oso nearer to the attraction like underwater world , cable car , elephant camp , pantai cenang , black sand beach .....
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 10-20min driving distance to the attraction like underwater world , langkawi cable car , elephant camp , penguin watch , duty free shop , night market , pantai cenang, black sand beach and so on ..........

private beach,wonderful sea food, and friendly staff. the location is far away from the hot spots, the room's A/C was terrible, the room wasn't that clean specially the bed sheets. the hotel is great for who has a limited budget. it was quiet so its perfect for a couple. the pool was nice and clean and the hotel's restaurant was great and not that expensive, after all, everything was fine ,but the reception staff didn't have the host Personalty and the hotel is far away from the nice places.

Nearest hotel to the airport public transport is not convenient. got to rent a car all the time in order to travel around Langkawi is a good place to relax hence is a ancient malaysia historical place to discover. Whole of the duty free island you can buy chocolate liqour and ciggrate much cheaper comparing with those airport duty free's shop.

Big room, Good beach and restaurant The room is quite big but it is not clean enough as I find a crockroach in the room! And there is some blood in the bed...
The hotel near the airport but you are difficult to walk from the airport! everything depend on the taxi if you don't have a driving liscense.
The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice. You can have dinner near the pool or the beach. The food is OK and the price is reasonable!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Only taxi is avaliable!!
