wonderful beach ,practical swimming pool,cosy rooms landscaping need to be improved I was in langkawi for an official function so was in a hurry.After staying at the sister hotel I checked in the next day at langkasuka- it was a different perspective stay.Rooms was cosy,have a good beach location with a practical swimming pool for visitors to play in.I booked the rooms with a car so spent most times rounding Langkawi Island for sightseeing.The landscaping in Langkasuka can be further enhanced probably by planting cow grasses on it's turf to make the whole place more green.Staff need to be more interactive but overall they are polite and corteous.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you can book the hotel with a car and easy to go around Langkawi island.The beaches along this Pantai cenang has a wonderful view of the Andaman Sea

Good environment,sunset view and a personal clean and beautiful beach. Effecient of customer service are too slow.

Hotel are too far to town, have to take about 30min to reach town by car. please arrange some mini-van or transport to town, and hotel facilities.

1. Big room and big toilet. Lighting and decoration are to my taste.The next trip i visit Langkawi, I will stay in again 1. Breakfast is considered to simplistic, no varieties . The Worst food of all the hotels that I Have ever stayed in , in Penang , Kuantan ,P.J and K.L. The first impression that gave us when reaching your hotel is that there is no clear sign of reception lobby and the atmosphere is like checking going to a job interview ; no sense of welcome , no body to greet you and you have the find yourself and guest where is the reception counter. Make it more approacheable .
After checking in , the Counter just told you where the block is and you have to look for it, Imagine , after taking the boat ride and driving and entering an unfamiliar town and reaching your hotel in a tired body . And you are expected to find the block and roomand carry your own luggage. Employ more staff after all this call hospitality .
Anyway , despite the first bad experience , we still feel the room design and atmosphere offset and compensated what ever we have encountered. We felt fresh and were able to see greenery outside.
But please improve the food .

Nightlife Tip : We like the beaches , but we do not know wheather it is only for the Guesses.

Scenic beach Pool was bad and operating hours was not clear.
My brother's wife was hurt at the pool stairs.
No lifeguard at pool in sight.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we find the lobby nice and welcoming. Immediately beside the door was a travel agent desk that was able to help with any day trips or car rental for the island. Prices were reasonable. Check in was a breeze, when I mentioned Agoda booking, they just need my name and they have all the paperwork to get me the room key in a few minutes. I like this. Upon entering the room, we find the room large and spacious. This was very good as we felt like home with large room and bathroom. The swimming pool was not good. My brother's wife hurt her feet at the pool stairs and that was the only way of entering the pool as the pool was designed to look like a lake with rocks at the sides. Although the pool is only 4 feet but I believe for a family vacation, if there are kids, the pool should have a lifeguard. All in all, trip was ok except for the pool incident.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Mangrove trip is awesome.

room is big enough...comfort, suitable for family that have childs room floor not clean;full of sand, swimming pool is quit big but water looks dirty we stay for 2 nights at Langkasuka..the room is satisfied enough..big enought for our family, facilities not bad,service is quit good as well waiter is helpfull... good receptionist as well, sea environment relaxing, the hotel is near to the airport is so convinient.. and is not to far to go to the city of Kuah..is just 20 mins drive..the room selling with a reasonable price. our family was enjoying to stay here!

Very spacious room and friendly staff. For family trip i will strongly recomended stay in this hotel. Value for money, spacious and clean. My children enjoy the swimming pool and the private beach so nice especially during sunset time.
Restaurant Tip : Some restaurant at Pantai Cenang very expensive and taste was terrible. Please survey first before you enter to the restaurant.

Customer Service at Front Office - Staff informed guest that their hotel is only 3 star standard, guest shouldn't expectat on make up room service, basic facilities i.e kettle, hair dryer etc We have booked room at Langkasuka Resort.
We checked in the room on 17 Feb mid nite, the next morning we went out early morning at 9am to explore the wonderful island. We return to hotel at 9pm, noticed our room was not make up by the chambermaid. We called reception immediately to complain and they gave us reason they dont have our room key to clean the room. We were very unhappy with the service, we have reported to the Front Office staff, she promised will make the room will be clean. The next day we return to our room at 9pm, to our disappointment the room was not clean and all our request were not done.

Langkasuka Beach Resort is very near to the airport. Just 5 minutes driveway. It is also near to Pantai Chenang and Kuah Town. It's very convenient. The food are cheap at Hawker Stall (just next to swimming pool). My children like the beach. The front desk is not friendly.

- sand on the floor of pool while leaves floating on it. In overall, the stay is quite pleasant. The room is spacious but needs refurbishment as it looks aged old with one of the pillows dated back 1994 as shown on its label. The private beach is clean and a perfect place for sunset. Hawkers corner not many choices but the food are yummy. The staff are helpful and friendly. Ample parking space and good location.
Travel tip : It's better to rent a car to travel in langkawi. Don't miss the cable car ride and the skybridge which are very near to this hotel.

i like the sunset and the facility that they have. they should have the improvement in the food. For breakfast, not much choice and not always refill the food. overall the environment in Langkasuka Beach Resort is nice and quiet. The Fee is reasonable. The sunset is nice.But they need to improve on the food. when i pay for RM 18 to have my breakfast, that is almost nothing for me to eat.

- we like the western breakfast (have to upgrade and pay 4.50 RM)
- have a late checkout until 6 PM (10 RM per hour late) - only have 1 internet access. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Langkasuka Resort for 3 nights. We were very satisfied with that hotel. The staff is so friendly , and also the room itself is so spacious. At first we didn't know that we can upgrade our asian breakfast to western , but the receptionist offer us at 2nd night , and we just managed to try their western food at our last day. Both of their breakfast are nice. We also tried to have diner at beach side. The view was very stunning.
We really enjoy our stay at langkasuka resort and surely will come back again !!!

Normal break fast available for the booked room was very simple but if you paid 4.5 RM you could get an ideal breakfast that was really nice. It is a calm, beautiful hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and appropriate bathroom. The break fast was very simple but if you paid 4.5 RM you can get a very complete western break fast that really didn't have any deficit. The staff were very helpfull, kind and cooperative. The private beach and the beautiful swimming pool were clean and appropriate for relaxation.

very near from airport, which 15 mins by walk not near by the living place. you can go to the hotel easily even by walk, cos it's very near from airport. when you are out of airport to the main road, you turn left, walk along the road, around 10-15 mins to the end of the road, then turn right, after turn right, about 5 mins by walk, you will see the hotel at your left side.
Shopping Tip : the hotel at the right midlle of the island. take a free map from the counter of hotel, read it and you will find a car rent phone, call it, rent a car, you will get everything you need.

The resort was far too isolated for us. There were no shops at all in the area apart from the airport which was 15mins walk away. The tiny resort shop was locked and no water was left in the rooms so we had to fill our bottles at the breakfast bar.
The resort is dry so if you like a drink you have to either walk to the airport to buy a beer etc. or take a taxi to the main town Kuah which is 48 myr return (around £10.00) There are no buses so you have to hire a car or take taxis to get about.
We,certainly won't be going back.

actually is a good place to stay,good sea view,white sand beach,but not very clean of water and hv water fish inside....so ramantic at the evening time,espeacially take dinner at the beach side is great,just a little bit expensive of buffer dinner cost and food just normal.....
