The resort is a mere 10 minutes drive from the Langkawi International Airport and 30 minutes from the Kuah jetty. very good location, friendly staff,big rooms. bit old,no pool bar [but not a problem] location of resort is very good, close to duty free shops and water world, beach is over road, plenty of resturants and shops on Pantai Cenang Strip.
hotel rooms are nice and big,good swimming pool with waterfall.the staff,very friendly and helpfull, all in all this budget hotel is a bargain,with a good brecky thrown in.
we went and looked at rooms at Langkasuka beach resort near cable car,class resort but rooms were smaller and 5 times the price, and miles from anywhere.
you need to rent a car or motor bike to get around,they are super cheap and roads are great, not much traffic.
Thanks Langkawi for a relaxing holiday.

Good location, great pools, decent buffet breakfast, efficient housekeeping service Old building and facilities but with good upkeep My family had a wonderful stay at Langkawi Boutique Resort and would like to recommend the resort to like-minded budget travellers, especially to family travels with kids.
The oasis pool is large and a definite plus points for family with kids. There are two other small pools - one with waterfall feature (the natural “Jacuzzi” pool) and another wadding pool suitable for young kids. My kid had a wonderful time playing in the pool area. In fact, we spent all the three evenings at the poolside. The pool is clean and well maintained.
The resort offers good buffet breakfast, according to local standard. They offer different variety and decent spread of food for each morning.
Restaurant Tip : For meals, you will be spoilt of the choices for food within walking distance. We have tried the Malay BBQ restaurant just across the road, and enjoying the sea breeze. To the right of the resort, the Chinese restaurant 10 minutes walk away, offering decent seafood steamboat.

Near the beach. Courteous staff. Good rooms. A costlier option if the room is needed only to put in the luggage or crash in at night. Hotels/ resorts which open to the beach are available across the road and are cheaper. Overall, a good resort. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Lack of room service (and a phone for each room) could be a problem. Guests would be advised to carry own water bottles as the hotel provides just half a litre (other hotels too provide the same or even less). Breakfast is complimentary and quite good, although options for vegetarians are limited. However, with many hotels nearby, food should not be a problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A good base to move around in langkawi
