Just a short get away for relax
Pizza in the beach bar was the only thing we like the most. Travel desk very helpful an quick in arranging,nice location near to airport n town area

Stay was pleasant. Had a good rest for 4 days.
Small island. We rent a car and came around langkawi 2 full rounds.
Basically everything is expensive.
Staff performance based on mood and vary from customer to customer .
Mostly rough and rude.
Very rude to customers and no patience .
Even ask for water their face goes from north-south-east-west
Will never go this resort again

It was really frustrating. I paid extra hundreds rm for an extra bed in one bedroom but when I got there, they told me that the room can not have an extra bed.And the receptionists have really bad attitude. I complained to the manager and the attitude is even worse. We had dinner in the room but no one to collect those plates...

nice place, but for the money, you can get much better hotel in lankawi, our room was nice, but one side of the wall paint was peeling off and had moulds. that was not expected of a 4 * hotel

we stayed 3 night 23rd feb 2013. very welcoming and friendly staff on reception and room service. rooms were lovely and quiet too - didnt hear a peep from the neighbours or people tramping about. spotlessly clean room of good size. nice breakfast and comfy.

the good thing about this resort is it's location,near to airport also the cenang beach where you can enjoy eating and drinking,fun ..also i like the sea view of this hotel

No bad for the room setting. However, this room air-con seem like got problem, not cold at all, compared to my friend room which that is too cold. The breakfast menu here can be recommended, various of variety, Although checkin time is 3pm, but i still have to wait till 3.45pm only can get my deluxe sea view room.
