the hotel is very clean and room are very apacious, washroom very clean and hotel under renovation, certain door can work in order, door jam need to go one big roung to the car i park outside the hotel, parking lot not enoungh for parking ,may consider alocate for parking for rhe car to park

Can Walk from the airport right to the room

this is a large convention style hotel right next to the airport but nothing much else around. our guest room was very large but the windows so steamed up that you could not see outside. they charge 10.00 to use the wi-fi. not a bad place to spend the night if you arrive late or have an early flight.

checkin was handled without any fuss. room is big and bathroom is clean. we had twin beds which were larger than normal and comfortable internet is cheap - we paid a one-time fee of rm10 for our 3 nights stay. tv is the crt type and programs are very limited but since we were out most of the day, it was not a major issue. although the hotel is next to the airport, we did not hear any airplane flying in/out. we reported a buzzing noise which was attended very quickly - we had thought it was aircon but turned out to be the refrigerator. breakfast was good. parking is sufficient. location is not near any shopping complex nor restaurants but it can be easily solved with rent a car, which we did. overall, the hotel is very good value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you plan to have your breakfast facing the pool, do watch out for the birds!

Good Hotel very spacious room and close to airport
easily accomodate 3 adult sofa is 8 feet long :)

overall value for money .. brekfast is not much good..
since this is at airport must have to have rented car with you which is available at very good cost at airport only.
awesome staff good swiming pool ...
this hotel is managed by sheraton group now which is well known brand in hospatility now..
Travel tip:
Must take rented car since Pantai chenang is 11 KM from hotel

Perfect location close to airport

This hotel is perfect if you have an early flight or arrive to Langkawi late in the night. This since you only have a 5 minute walk to the airport.
The rooms are big and verry clean. Due to the size of the hotel, the hotel feels a little bit empty.
The pool area is perfect for a swim in the morning.

Clean and homely stay

It's just beside airport. Very convenient. Landed in Langkawi around 10pm. No hustle to find this hotel to quickly stay a night, and prepare for next day journey. It is really a nice hotel to stay, quite and clean. Especially the bathtub is well maintained and clean, i like this.

Great large rooms, large pool, free shuttle bus to sister hotel on beach.

Nice hotel. Apparently there is a lot of development happening within the hotel over the next few months including a pool revamp. We visited in Feb 2012 and for the majority of our stay, it seemed as though we were the only guests.
