the hotel has a great view. (superior seaview room )and 2 double beds. the staff service is execellent and fast. the food for breakfast was also good and ample. the dishes were replenished as they were empty. the overall service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I stayed for 3 days and I could say its the best stay in the heart of langkawi so far. Easy on the pocket and convenient too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

awana was the last hotel we lived on langkawi island. we were totally shocked at the first time we saw it. pretty awesome!!
it's not that far from pantai cenang which is one of the most prosperous area. you can just drive about 5 minutes between here and there. also it only takes 10 minutes! after one day travel you can go back to this hotel to enjoy its serenity. open the window that you can see the beautiful sea,sometimes birds will come over and sing with you. we lived there for two days,each day when we woke up in the morning we could see the sunrise,that was great.or you can just set a clock and get up at the midnight,then you can see a lot of shining stars in the sky! all these make a wonderful pic that ive ever seen...remember have breakfast there! you can take the food outside and enjoy the morning. i miss awana so much!!

from time we arrived we were welcomed. plane was late. so just bought an ice bucket of 5 beers (at specials price) and went to room and ordered a pizza. just to sit out on balcony and enjoy this was a great way to start our weeklong holiday. breakfast each morning gave us a variety of cuisine from around the world to try. how good was that!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Choose your time of the year well. Going in September wasn't clever as it was mostly overcast and we missed on the skyway and treetop bridge. Hire a car for day or two and enquire if skyway is open before driving to site as it is sometimes closed for safety checks (thank goodness). Taxis are also good and prices are set before you ride so there are no ripoffs anywhere. We loved all about Langkawi!!!!

Good cafe reataurants near by the hotel. Mc donalds is just 5 mins drive can take taxi to mc donals and also duty free for good shopping from there

We love this hotel as it is away from the crowd and yet near enough to get everything you need. Nice big beds. Nothing beats the sea-view units. Separate shower and toilet is also a plus. Great hotel.
