Regretful stay. Not worth the price.

We chose to spend 3 nights at the Sheraton ........ For relaxing. Big mistake.
It was not worth what we paid for. The room, the surrounding, nothing was good.
The worst was the food which was not fresh ,it was ready made packed food , made hot and served, ( as confirmed by the chef) and
Charged as a five star, food as street side stall.
It's no use complaining , because the management don't care. People are fooled everyday by the name - SHERATON..................

Pleasant Stay Among Rustic Environment
The large rooms, The beautiful surroundings and wildlife, The shuttle ride was fun for my son

It was a good stay, the rooms might seem a little worn out, but how long are you going to stare at the worn out floors? The most important thing is the rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a good job of keeping it that way every day. Additionally the rooms are spacious and each room has a private porch outside if you feel like relaxing outdoors. Breakfast was more towards being between average and good, but satisfying. Some people might find the shuttle transport to the rooms annoying, but my two year old son looks forward to that ride everytime. Room service food was a bit lacking though, for the price I would expect a better quality but that wasn't the case with the food that I ordered.

It was amazing. We enjoyed the stay a lot except for the fact that we couldn't get into the swimming pool due to some rules that Startwood follows. Besides that, we would recommend it any day.

The room stuffs are old. The private breach is very small. But the staffs was very friendly and useful. It was a little bit far from centre and not easy to access the public transport. The only transportation is taxi. The hotel is good for farmily travelling with children.
