While located in the main tourist location of Pantai Cenang, the hotel is at the far end of the strip and a short walk leads you to an unimpressive part of the beach. My room had a fairly new A/C (which dripped water) and water heater but everything else was old and worn. The water pressure for the shower was very weak, and the water from the sink trickled out so I used the shower water to brush my teeth. The towels were very worn and thin. The bed sheets were floral design - making it hard to find the bedbugs, but I did find two of them in the morning. The walls were dirty, making it hard to find the mosquitos, but I did find one. The hotel gives you a sheet to use as a blanket and doesn't provide toilet paper so bring your own. The halls can get quite noisy as any noise is magnified, especially from families with young children. The old television had three channels, none in English.
Nightlife Tip:
not much nightlife here, mostly for couples and families, but Babylon Bar sometimes has a reggae band before sunset.

about this hotel i cant comment too much is because its just a budget motel . but i can said it have a good location . around there have lot nice seafood .

bedbugs!!! dirty room, bathroom was very low standard. the beach in this area was also not very nice.
